Eva Marie is rocking braids and a blue swimsuit! In her latest Instagram post, the former WWE star shows off a new hairdo and her famous figure. ”Loving this little braid moment hair style,” she captioned the images of herself. Now that she has stepped out of the ring, how does the gorgeous fighter maintain her fit physique? Read on to see 8 ways Eva Marie stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Maintains a Balanced Diet

“Nutrition can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be,” Eva Marie told GQ. “There are certain foods I can eat, and certain amounts of them I can eat. It’s like balancing a checkbook. You budget so you can splurge on something you really want.”

2. She Uses Meal Delivery Services

Due to late nights and being on the road, Eva Marie has to plan ahead. “When you're tired and hungry, it’s hard to make smart choices,” she told GQ. This is why she worked with a meal prep company, “which meant I didn't have to think too much about where I would go, or which grocery store had rotisserie chicken, or what restaurant could make me a salad,” she explained. “I was just able to bring food that was already packaged for me. Waiting too long to eat can be a trap, especially after an event. I would eat my pre-planned meals every three hours while traveling just so I wouldn’t hit that ‘I'm starving’ point by the time we arrived at the hotel.”

3. She Does HIIT Workouts

While in the WWE, Eva Marie focused more on Olympic lifting. “I had to make sure that I was physically able to lift another human being at all times,” she explained to GQ. “Now, I’m going for a different, leaner look. High-intensity interval training and Tabata workouts are really good for me, because they prevent me from getting bored, and don't require me to be in the gym for two hours. I can get in, do what I need to do, and get out.”

4. She Follows the 80/20 Diet

“I kind of go by an 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the time, I’m pretty good,” she told GQ about her diet. “Otherwise, I allow myself—especially during the holiday season—to live a little! It’s not going to hurt.”

5. She Does Intermittent Fasting

Eva Marie practices intermittent fasting “about two to three times a week” waiting until two in the afternoon to eat her first meal. “I have a lot of stomach issues, just from when I was a little kid, and fasting helps with my digestive system. I really enjoy it, but first, see if your body can handle it. A lot of people have trouble because they’re so focused on the idea of ‘I can’t eat for this certain amount of time,’ and then they can’t function,” she continued. “The key for me is making sure I’m taking a branched-chain amino acids supplement. When I'm fasting, I’ll take BCAAs in the morning before my workout, and again afterwards. Doing that helps me avoid feeling tired or lethargic.”

6. She Likes Protein Shakes

Fresh,Fruits,Assorted,Fruits,Colorful,Background.vitamins,Natural,Nutrition,Concept.Shutterstock

When she isn’t fasting, she starts her day off with liquids. “I’ll wake up and have a protein shake or a veggie egg white omelet. The rest of the day is pretty much salad and grilled chicken. I really love fruit, too, because I have a sweet tooth. I wish that I didn’t, but fruit helps me deal with it,” she told GQ. She also revealed to E! News that she eats cave girl style a lot of the time. "So I try to follow the Paleo diet, no processed foods a lot of lean meats, veggies and fruits," she explained. "And then you know I'll definitely get a cheat in there because I'm human. But I found that if I keep it like that, where I don't really restrict myself anymore because that's when I feel like I want to cheat, if I'm only eating a certain amount of this and a certain amount of that, I'll just go crazy. So I just try to eat non-processed food."

7. She Cheats

Banana,Cashew,Pancakes,With,Bananas,And,Salted,Caramel,Sauce.,TheShutterstock

What are her go-to cheat meals? “Oh my God, there are so many! I’m Mexican and Italian, so my mom is a fantastic cook. I shit you not, every time I go back home, I gain, like, 10 pounds, just because her food is so hard for me to turn down. Plus, I’m not there all the time, so I give myself a little allowance to enjoy it more,” she told GQ. “I’m a sucker for bacon waffles—they’re to die for. And I love banana pancakes. I should just honestly film my cheat day because people would be impressed by how much food I can put down.”

8. She Exercises Every Day

If you want a body like Eva's, aim for daily sweat sessions. "I try to break a sweat every single day," she told E! News. "Whatever that may be, if it's even just going for a walk or a run. Sometimes I won't lift all the time but my biggest thing is to break a sweat."

1. This is How She Treats Herself

“Right now, I feel like I don't have much time to treat myself because, in between working full-time, taking care of Tuulikki, and being in the middle of a renovation, there's just no time left for myself. Still, I know that self-care is so important to be my best self. I love having Emma, my acupuncturist, come over, set up in the garden, and do a long 90-min session. Acupuncture is something that deeply relaxes me, and I feel the results for a while after, too. I feel so different after a session; my body feels no pains or aches, and it's just fluid and balanced,” she tells the Zoe Report.

2. This is the First Thing She Does When She Wakes Up

“Feed my baby. I do that half asleep because she wakes up at 6 a.m. I always feared having to get up early, but it's been surprisingly easy. I never used to be a morning person, but it's crazy how you automatically adapt once you have a baby who depends on you,” she told the Zoe Report.

3. This is Her Favorite Drink

“I’m just a sucker for a good lemonade!” she told W. “Try simply tossing an orange or a few small clementines into your bag for an on-the-go snack that doesn't require refrigeration. Grapefruit also makes a great addition to a leafy green salad, or try broiling a halved grapefruit with a sprinkle of brown sugar or drizzle of honey. Lemons and limes aren't often eaten whole, but they provide great flavor in fish, salad dressings, desserts and beverages,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Likes Baths

“I prefer audiobooks in the tub so I can have my eyes closed in the dark with some candles lit,” she told W. “Taking a warm water bath can increase blood flow and it can also reduce pain and inflammation,” says the Cleveland Clinic. Also: “A recent study shows that cold water immersion like an ice water bath and contrast water therapy (a series of brief immersions in warm and cold temperatures) can improve the short-term feeling of relaxation in athletes, which can after their performance and well-being.”

5. She Protects Her Skin

“Lying the sun is not good for you,” she says. Apply that SPF before going out. “Any exposed part of your body — including your earlobes, scalp and lips — can burn. Even covered areas can burn if, for example, your clothing has a loose weave that allows ultraviolet (UV) light through. Your eyes, which are extremely sensitive to the sun's UV light, also can burn,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Gliding along the water, making little noise and traveling slowly allows for a peaceful immersion into the natural world around us.”

5. She Loves To Dance

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk.
