Evelin promotes supplements for a “flat tummy” on Instagram. She says she’s getting “back on track.” The Mayo Clinic says to take caution before trying out weight loss supplements: “It's important to do your homework if you're thinking about trying a weight-loss supplement. Check credible websites, such as those run by the U.S. Office of Dietary Supplements and the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Also be sure to talk with your doctor before taking any supplement. This is especially important if you have health problems, take prescription drugs, or are pregnant or breast-feeding.”
2. Fresh Seafood
Evelin lives in a beach town where fresh seafood is readily available. Here she posts a picture of fish ceviche. “Seafood is low in saturated fat and sodium and is a rich source of many essential vitamins and minerals. Seafood also is one of the few foods that contain long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which have many beneficial health effects and are essential for the development of the nervous system and retina,” per the Southern Regional Aquaculture Center.

On YouTube Evelin demonstrates cooking a veggie and cheese soup. She uses as much fresh ingredients as she can such as, garlic, onion, pepper, cabbage, potato, cilantro, cauliflower, broccoli, and more. The Ecuadorian shares her skincare routine on YouTube. She says she uses a scrub three times a week and uses a facial oil for the other days. She uses a serum with collagen for her face.
