Evelin promotes supplements for a "flat tummy" on Instagram. She says she's getting "back on track." The Mayo Clinic says to take caution before trying out weight loss supplements: "It's important to do your homework if you're thinking about trying a weight-loss supplement. Check credible websites, such as those run by the U.S. Office of Dietary Supplements and the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Also be sure to talk with your doctor before taking any supplement. This is especially important if you have health problems, take prescription drugs, or are pregnant or breast-feeding."

Fresh Seafood

Evelin lives in a beach town where fresh seafood is readily available. Here she posts a picture of fish ceviche.  "Seafood is low in saturated fat and sodium and is a rich source of many essential vitamins and minerals. Seafood also is one of the few foods that contain long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which have many beneficial health effects and are essential for the development of the nervous system and retina," per the Southern Regional Aquaculture Center.

Evelin shares that she is a surfer girl! With an ocean as your backyard that would not come as a surprise. While surfing might not be your cup of tea, getting back into another fun activity might just be something that you may need. What is calling your name? Your walking shoes? A mountain bike?

Healthy Eating

On YouTube Evelin demonstrates cooking a veggie and cheese soup. She uses as much fresh ingredients as she can such as, garlic, onion, pepper, cabbage, potato, cilantro, cauliflower, broccoli, and more. Harvard states, "A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check. Eating non-starchy vegetables and fruits like apples, pears, and green leafy vegetables may even promote weight loss. Skin Care

The Ecuadorian shares her skincare routine on YouTube. She says she uses a scrub three times a week and uses a facial oil for the other days. She uses a serum with collagen for her face. Northwestern Medicine says, "Good skin care is essential at any age and healthy habits in your 20s and 30s can strengthen and prepare your skin for the effects of aging down the road."
