I used to be able to eat soooo much food and never gain weight but now I know I can gain weight so I’m watgching more what I eat. I don’t eat almost every morning for tjhe last year and I eat till I’m satisfied and not full. Core and I usually share plates also if they are big," she wrote.

2. Intermittent Fasting Can Work

evelin-villegas-2Evelin Villegas/Instagram

Skipping breakfast is a form of intermittent fasting. It’s like: “Time-restricted eating, which involves splitting the day into eating and non-eating blocks. One example would be the 16:8 method. In this example, you could eat between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. but fast for the remaining hours,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

3. She Loves the Beach

evelin-villegas-5Evelin Villegas/Instagram

Villegas’ bar is very beachy and she loves to hit the shore and sands. “There is quantifiable research suggesting that outdoor exercise provides greater benefits than sweating indoors. In one study, the researchers found that exercising outdoors ‘was associated with greater feelings of revitalization, increased energy and positive engagement, together with decreases in tension, confusion, anger and depression. Participants also reported greater enjoyment and satisfaction with outdoor activity,’” says ACE Fitness.

4. Here’s Her Take on Having Babies

“The older I get the more I realize is just not on my path of life to have babies,” she wrote. “I’m very happy where I am and very focus[ed] on business and building a successful future for me, my husband and my family. I already had my first baby which is my business and more of those kind of babies is what I want.” She added: “Women should feel free to decide what they want to do with their bodies.”

5. She Has Had Anxiety

evelin-villegas-1Evelin Villegas/Instagram

“I pull through and I’m happy of what I’ve been achieving,” she has said. To help quell anxiety: “Develop a routine so that you're physically active most days of the week. Exercise is a powerful stress reducer. It may improve your mood and help you stay healthy. Start out slowly and gradually increase the amount and intensity of your activities,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Talking with a trusted friend helps relieve stress and may provide a more positive perspective on your situation. This may lead to healthy plan of action.” And seek professional help if needed.

Evelin tries to put only clean foods in her body. In one of her Instagram Stories, she revealed that she eats primarily seafood and organic food, which is not frozen and is “healthy overall.” She also skips her first meal of the day, which implies that she is a fan of intermittent fasting. “I don’t eat almost every morning for the last year,” she wrote. In a recent Instagram Q&A she revealed she made another dietary change. "Less sugar, no coffee, no alcohol,” she said.

2. She Doesn’t Overeat

Evelin has a rule when it comes to eating: “I eat til I’m satisfied and not full,” she said, noting that she knows “it’s so hard to burn” the extra calories. She also tries to “share plates” with other people, so avoid overeating.

4. She Walks

Evelin makes sure to get her steps in. You can regularly find her taking walks on the beach, sometimes with her dog Poppy. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. She "Doesn’t Think" She'll Have a Baby

Evelin has shared that she doesn’t want to have a baby. During her recent Q&A, she was asked if she would ever change her mind. "I really don't think so," she said. However, she is open to adoption or using a surrogate, but refuses to sacrifice her body by getting pregnant.

5. She Hydrates

Evelin hydrates with water and coconut water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

6. She Goes to Therapy

Evelin was also asked if she still suffers from panic attacks and she responded, "Yes, I do." She also revealed that therapy is helpful in treating it. She also uses “valeriana drops, passiflora syrup and lots of chamomile tea."

1. She Is Active Outdoors

Scan through Evelin’s Instagram feed and it is clear that she burns her fair share of calories by engaging in outdoor activities. Surfing, hiking, hanggliding, and walking on the beach are just a few of the ways she stays fit without formally exercising. But sure to wear sunscreen. "Exposing your skin to harmful UV rays from the sun can cause premature aging and increase risk for skin cancer. Follow directions on the bottle for proper application and reapplication anytime you’re outside. Don’t be fooled by a cloudy day! The sun can still burn your skin through the clouds," says the Cleveland Clinic. Also: "Loose fitting, wicking, light-colored materials are best for allowing your body to sweat and properly cool itself."

2. She Hydrates

Evelin regularly shares about the importance of hydration. In addition to water, she keeps her thirst quenched and electrolytes restored with help of coconut water. “The most important thing someone can do to prevent themselves from experiencing a heat-related illness is to stay hydrated. It’s really important, especially now that it’s getting extremely hot outside," says emergency medicine physician Baruch Fertel, MD to the Cleveland Clinic. "“When someone is dehydrated, they’ll experience intense thirst. They also might not urinate frequently. Those are signs that you’re not getting enough fluids and progressing to dehydration. As you’re out in the heat more, you may feel warm to the touch and stop sweating. What you’re experiencing can progress to heat stroke. And by this point, you might have an altered mental status or not act right.”

3. She Loves to Travel

Evelin is always traveling. "Visiting one of the most special places in the world with my special person ❤️ Felt like I was in El Dorado 😍," she wrote once from Tikal, Guatemala. "Tikal really is amazing , all the history and energy , a place you should definitely visit one day 💕 @coreyrathgeber_90 will be posting the videos of all the adventures we had , prices , places , how to book tours and more."

4. She Also Does Bodyweight Workouts

Evelin also does workouts from Flat Tummy. “Just finished my first workout with @flattummyapp and I’m already in love with this app. It gives me personalized guided workouts that I can do right from home. I’m loving the 30 day challenges, to keep me motivated and on track,” she captioned an Instagram post. “My goal was to get to 100 pounds and I did it now I want to control my weight and stay in shape , this app allows me to do workouts to reach my goals and includes amazing food recipes.” In another videos she shares her exercises: 15 jumping jacks, 16 step ups, 14 push ups, 20 second planks, and and repeat.

5. She Actively Practices Body Positivity

“A challenge worth doing. Go ahead and do it, tag me in your stories of you talking about what is your favorite part of your body. We all deserve to feel beautiful and sexy. Much love,” Evelin captioned a since-deleted video promoting her body positivity practice, per Showbiz CheatSheet. “I want you to go to a mirror, look at yourself, and find out what is the favorite part of your body. What makes you feel sexy and makes you feel pretty. Mine, for example, are these dots on my chest,” she says in it. “If we feel pretty outside we feel pretty inside, if we feel pretty inside, we feel pretty outside.”

Your body also makes vitamin D when direct sunlight converts a chemical in your skin into an active form of the vitamin (calciferol)," says the Mayo Clinic. "The amount of vitamin D your skin makes depends on many factors, including the time of day, season, latitude and your skin pigmentation. Depending on where you live and your lifestyle, vitamin D production might decrease or be completely absent during the winter months. Sunscreen, while important to prevent skin cancer, also can decrease vitamin D production."

5. She Likes the Beach

"Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water-based exercise can improve the health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the pregnant person’s mental health. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections," says the CDC.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

Jennifer Aniston arrives to the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

She Exercises in the Morning

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
