Here is How She Eats

"I eat mostly just seafood, not frozen food, organic and healthy overall. I used to be able to eat soooo much food and never gain weight but now I know I can gain weight so I'm watgching more what I eat. I don't eat almost every morning for tjhe last year and I eat till I'm satisfied and not full. I used to be the person who will not waste food but now I know it's so hard to burn it so if I'm satisfied I'm not gonna eat the full plate. Core and I usually share plates also if they are big," she wrote.

Intermittent Fasting Can Work

Skipping breakfast is a form of intermittent fasting. It's like: "Time-restricted eating, which involves splitting the day into eating and non-eating blocks. One example would be the 16:8 method. In this example, you could eat between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. but fast for the remaining hours," says the Cleveland Clinic.

She Loves the Beach

Villegas' bar is very beachy and she loves to hit the shore and sands. "There is quantifiable research suggesting that outdoor exercise provides greater benefits than sweating indoors. In one study, the researchers found that exercising outdoors 'was associated with greater feelings of revitalization, increased energy and positive engagement, together with decreases in tension, confusion, anger and depression. Participants also reported greater enjoyment and satisfaction with outdoor activity,'" says ACE Fitness

Here's Her Take on Having Babies

"The older I get the more I realize is just not on my path of life to have babies," she wrote. "I'm very happy where I am and very focus[ed] on business and building a successful future for me, my husband and my family. I already had my first baby which is my business and more of those kind of babies is what I want." She added: "Women should feel free to decide what they want to do with their bodies."

She Has Had Anxiety

"I pull through and I'm happy of what I've been achieving," she has said. To help quell anxiety: "Develop a routine so that you're physically active most days of the week. Exercise is a powerful stress reducer. It may improve your mood and help you stay healthy. Start out slowly and gradually increase the amount and intensity of your activities," says the Mayo Clinic. "Talking with a trusted friend helps relieve stress and may provide a more positive perspective on your situation. This may lead to  healthy plan of action." And seek professional help if needed.
