1. She Eats Clean

Evelin tries to put only clean foods in her body. In one of her Instagram Stories, she revealed that she eats primarily seafood and organic food, which is not frozen and is “healthy overall.” She also skips her first meal of the day, which implies that she is a fan of intermittent fasting. “I don’t eat almost every morning for the last year,” she wrote. In a recent Instagram Q&A she revealed she made another dietary change. "Less sugar, no coffee, no alcohol,” she said.
2. She Doesn’t Overeat
Evelin has a rule when it comes to eating: “I eat til I’m satisfied and not full,” she said, noting that she knows “it’s so hard to burn” the extra calories. She also tries to “share plates” with other people, so avoid overeating.
4. She Walks
Evelin makes sure to get her steps in. You can regularly find her taking walks on the beach, sometimes with her dog Poppy. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
4. She "Doesn’t Think" She'll Have a Baby
Evelin has shared that she doesn’t want to have a baby. During her recent Q&A, she was asked if she would ever change her mind. "I really don't think so," she said. However, she is open to adoption or using a surrogate, but refuses to sacrifice her body by getting pregnant.
5. She Hydrates
Evelin hydrates with water and coconut water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
6. She Goes to Therapy
Evelin was also asked if she still suffers from panic attacks and she responded, "Yes, I do." She also revealed that therapy is helpful in treating it. She also uses “valeriana drops, passiflora syrup and lots of chamomile tea."
