It takes a lot of ab work to get flat abs a la Evelin. "Just finished my first workout with @flattummyapp and I'm already in love with this app. It gives me personalized guided workouts that I can do right from home. I'm loving the 30 day challenges, to keep me motivated and on track," she captioned an Instagram post. "My goal was to get to 100 pounds and I did it now I want to control my weight and stay in shape , this app allows me to do workouts to reach my goals and includes amazing food recipes." In a different video she detailed one of her workouts: 15 jumping jacks, 16 step ups, 14 push ups, 20 second planks, and and repeat.

Evelin is all about body positivity. "A challenge worth doing. Go ahead and do it, tag me in your stories of you talking about what is your favorite part of your body. We all deserve to feel beautiful and sexy. Much love," she said in a since-deleted video, per Showbiz CheatSheet. "I want you to go to a mirror, look at yourself, and find out what is the favorite part of your body. What makes you feel sexy and makes you feel pretty. Mine, for example, are these dots on my chest," she says in it. "If we feel pretty outside we feel pretty inside, if we feel pretty inside, we feel pretty outside."
