1. She Is Body Positive
In her most recent Instagram post, Lisowska said, “Forgive me for this side, but sometimes I don't care ... Including my cellulite holes, which, however, was not eliminated by endermology 😂 ” She is clearly OK with small imperfections in her physical appearance. Women with a positive body image are more likely to have good physical and mental health, while those with a negative body image are at higher risk of certain mental health conditions, such as eating disorders and depression, the U.S. Office on Women’s Health said.
2. She Rides a Mountain Bike
She showed off her mountain bike in this Instagram pic. Mountain biking is a full-body workout, the American College of Sports Medicine said. Going uphill challenges the leg muscles, while riding downhill engages the muscles of the arm, shoulder, chest, back and abdomen.
3. She’s Controlling Her Cholesterol
Lisowska revealed to fans that she is having a few health issues. “I am going to a cardiologist because I have been treated for cholesterol for several years,” she said, according to a Polish news site. “Yes, I know, I don't look [sick], but in my case it is a hereditary disease, so unfortunately diet alone is not enough.” But she said she is taking medication to deal with the issue, and “fortunately the results are good. Everything is fine.”

Lisowska reached out to fans to reassure them that she is working to keep herself healthy. “I also have a lot of this good cholesterol because I eat a lot of fish and seafood,” she said. “Fatty fish, such as mackerel, herring, sardines, albacore tuna and salmon, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These polyunsaturated fats help fight inflammation in the body,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Omega-3 fatty acids also help decrease triglycerides, reduce blood clotting, and lower the risk of stroke and heart failure.”
5. She Had Braces
Lisowska recently had her teeth braces removed, revealing a much-improved smile. She posted an Instagram video that revealed the results, showcasing her bright new choppers. “Fixed dental braces use the pressure of an adjustable wire (archwire) running through brackets and bands attached to your teeth to align your teeth and jaws. Elastic ties fix the wire to the brackets. A buccal tube secures the end of the wire,” says the Mayo Clinic.
