Fahriye Evcen Shares Swimsuit Photo as a "Beauty"
Fahriye Evcen is showing off her forever-young figure in a swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Turkish actress wows her followers, looking incredibly fit in a bathing suit while by the ocean. "It's official that women become more beautiful as they age," one of her Instagram fans commented. "No filter at its finest," added another. "The most beautiful Turkish woman," a third chimed in. How does the 37-year-old maintain her famous physique? Here are five things she does she stay in shape.
Fahriye loves taking walks, which can be a game changer in exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a fast pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Fahriye also loves hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
She Drinks Coffee
Fahriye is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
She Rides Bikes
Fahriye also loves riding bikes, a low-impact aerobic exercise per the Cleveland Clinic. It is also great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. As for mental health, it is a definite booster.
She Doesn't Diet
Fahriye eats what she wants. "I don't have a special diet," she said, joking that running after her child is how she burns so many calories.
