Reality star and influencer Farrah Abraham is no longer a "teen mom"–quite the opposite. In honor of her 31st birthday, Abraham posted a new video on Instagram. In it, her daughter Sophia presented her with a cake, while Abraham wore a white bikini. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Abraham spilled a lot of her fitness secrets in an interview with Life & Style. She says that she does a lot of different workouts in her fitness routine. "There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen."

She Loves Pilates

Abraham tells Life & Style that she loves to do Pilates. She says that she loves doing stretching-esque workouts. "I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else.

She Boxes

Abraham says to Life & Style that she has a favorite cardio workout. "Boxing is always great," she says. "I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up." "You don't have to employ the same exercise strategy that I do to get the heart-healthy benefits of cardio exercise. What's most important is that you exercise regularly. One way you can make that easier is to make it a part of your everyday routine," says UT Southwestern.

She's Consistent

For Abraham, fitness is a long-term thing. She tells Life & Style that she always tries to workout as much as she can on a regular basis. "I always go HAM. It's summer all year long for me." "The internet is chock-full of free workout videos. You can easily find classes like yoga, Zumba and circuit training that you can do in your own backyard. Test out a few workouts to find a series, program or instructor that you like. (Bonus points if you can get other members of your household to join you for a workout!)," says the Cleveland Clinic.

She Works Out Her Core

Abraham has an amazing core, and she tells OK Magazine that she does a lot of ab workouts. "Core workouts are the best. I go a personal trainer four times a week. I'm always about inner thigh, don't lose all of that. Toning the outer parts of our body and strengthening the core."
