Nathalie Emmanuel has had a career spanning almost two decades. She first started her TV and film career with a role on Hollyoaks. She then appeared on the hit series Game of Thrones, and in films like Army of Thieves, the Maze Runner series, and The Fast and The Furious series. Most recently, she’s appearing in Fast X. Emmanuel posted a new photo on Instagram from Antigua this week. In it, she posed on the beach in a pink swimsuit. She captioned the post, “If you were on a desert island.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nathalie Emmanuel stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Focuses On The Positive

Emmanuel is all about having self-confidence and embracing your natural beauty, especially when it comes to her hair. The Zoe Report asked her what advice she’d give to others so they could develop this mindset. “My advice to myself and others is to not let it dominate your thinking. I go through phases when I hate my hair and I’ll be in scarves and puffs. But there is also something culturally really beautiful about wearing a scarf on your head and so I just try to enjoy it. The versatility is actually my favorite part of my hair.”

2. She’s Aware Of Her Food Sensitivities

When it comes to her diet, Emmanuel is all about avoiding certain sensitivities. “It’s very much about trying to identify things that your body doesn’t want,” she tells WhoWhatWear. “Like, I’ve been vegan for a long time, and with so many vegan options now, I started consuming a lot more soy than I ever did before, and I realized my body doesn’t like digesting it. I have it occasionally as a treat, but I know when I’ve been having too much of it, my skin will be affected.”

3. She Eats Healthy In The Morning

Green,Celery,Juice,In,A,Glass,,Top,View,,Copy,Space.Shutterstock

Emmanuel broke down her favorite healthy meals to WhoWhatWear. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy in the morning. “I’ll also have some fresh celery juice first thing because it’s really good for the gut and recalibrating things in the body. I’ll wait maybe 15 minutes or a half an hour, and then I’ll have a cup of tea (usually an earl grey with a splash of almond milk because it’s delicious), and then make some breakfast. I’m really into oats in the morning—it’s just a really good, hearty breakfast. I’ll usually add plant-based milk, blueberries, cinnamon, some banana, and just make it really delicious.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Emmanuel makes sure to take care of her hair, and shared some of her tips with WhoWhatWear. “Hydration is key. Also, combing your hair when it’s wet, and if you can kind of detangle with your fingers beforehand, that’s even better. There are better brushes than others, so use one that’s gentle on your hair and take your time so you’re careful not to cause breakage. Another tip would be to set your hair when it is sopping wet with a good leave-in conditioner—something that’s got a little bit of hold—or you can even mix a leave-in with a curl gel when your hair is wet. Lastly, if you can avoid heat and let your curls dry naturally and let them expand over the coming days in your wash cycle, then cool, but if you are going to have to dry it with heat, use a diffuser and keep it on the low setting!”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Emmanuel also shared some of her favorite skincare products and tips to WhoWhatWear. “For my morning routine, I like to use Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Darker Skin Tones regime. It’s just so amazing, and it’s actually been sort of a game changer. I start with the Foam Cleanser ($70) followed by the Balancing Toner ($75), and then I use the Hyaluronic Serum ($300) and the Face Cream ($215) from that range as well. On top of that, I’ll do her Anti-Pollution Drops ($145) and her Sun Drops ($145). If I have any blemishes, I’ll use the Clarifying Spot Treatment ($55) on any of the little friends that have popped up that day, and then I’m sort of good to go!”

While you were unwrapping presents, many celebrities were packing their suitcases, off to far-flung and sunny locales for the holiday break—and they made sure to bring their swimwear. How did Nicole Scherzinger, Dua Lipa, Katharine McPhee, Sarah Michelle Gellar and many more spend their time—and how to they stay so fit? Read on to see 10 stars who have stayed in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Scherzinger is always looking fit in her photos. And her boyfriend Thom Evans “is always there for the vibe checks,” she captioned one post near Christmas. In it, she and her partner are on the beach in bathing suits, dancing to the throbbing tune of MizOrMac’s Bites The Dust. Her wellness advice: "Not been feeling the greatest lately, so got outta my head and sweat it out…. No one is gonna do it for you. So DO YOU and DO IT FOR YOU. Stay strong family, find the good light and keep shining.”

2. Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa posted a series of swimsuit selfies from the beach, captioning them "see ya in 2022". Earlier this week, she posted more swimsuit photos, “living on island time.” She works out first thing in the morning and tries to remain authentic to herself. "Being a female pop artist, you have to spend a lot of time proving yourself. People think I’m just this ‘industry thing’ but every song I’ve written is real, authentic and mine,” she told Refinery29.

3. Savannah Guthrie

In honor of Guthrie’s 50th birthday, colleague Al Roker posted a photo of the two in the pool together. “I am so thrilled my dear friend @savannahguthrie is now halfway to a #smuckersjar I can’t wait to see what the next 50 bring!! #happybirthday Savvie G!!” he wrote. “I’ve never once felt good about how I looked on the outside,” she told Health for its May cover in 2019. “I think all of us women spend so much time not feeling like we measure up. And what a waste of energy. I’m not there yet, but that’s my goal.”

4. Katharine McPhee

McPhee made headlines this week twice—once when her husband, David Foster, posted a swimsuit picture of her with the caption “what baby”—a reference to her fit postpartum body—and then later when she clapped back at haters of his image and caption. She said: “ok the press around my husbands photo he posted of me is so dumb… so I hope this photo helps lol. I’m sorry but we are not sorry. And for all of you who can’t deal with it maybe this helps. I’ve struggled with weight my whole 20s and 30. I’ve gone up and down 10 times over. Does that make you feel better? There is nothing wrong with that -most people do. I lost this baby weight without dieting. Zero. Diets are the worst and I’ve had zero pressure from anyone. I’ve let me body do its thing and found a great workout. That’s it. And guess what? I’ll probably gain weight again at some point too. Who cares? BUT people freaking out about what my husband captioned seriously get a life... Stop being so offended by what people post who have zero impact on your life and move on. Maybe you should have more of an attitude of like, let’s say… “oh that’s nice he thinks his wife is hot.” I cannot with this overly sensitive society right now. But as Taylor Swift said haters gonna hate. byyeeee”

5. Gabrielle Union

Gabrielle Union seemed to be on an endless vacation in paradise, posting multiple images in swimsuits. “In addition to doing 15 to 20 minutes of cardio daily, Union credits her toned body to a regular combination of strength training and Pilates,” says Marie Claire. "I'm not a morning person, but I have to work out early because of my schedule.”

6. Catherine Zeta-Jones

“Sun’s out,” Zeta-Jones captioned a photo of herself in a bathing suit. How does she stay fit? “We’re big on family meals ... we stop and we sit down and we have lunch,” she once said. "Something light that doesn't weigh me down too much." Such as: "A spinach-arugula mix of leaves, pine nuts, tomatoes…I sometimes put a little blue cheese…I like to throw some dried cranberries in," she says.

7. Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle Gellar posted a few swimsuit photos this week, and why not; she looks fantastic at age 44, and she had “vacation mode activated.” “Sometimes, I’m so tired at the end of the day I just want to go to bed, but I have to take time for myself to take a bath, read a book, or catch up with my friends so I don’t lose myself in the minutiae of the day,” she tells Bustle. In the morning: “Coffee. Sometimes a little Stevia and that’s it. It makes up for my daughter. She orders those ridiculous Starbucks secret menu things and I’m, like, mortified. I’ll just take my iced coffee. I pretend I don’t know her at Starbucks.”

8. Molly Sims

The model frequently posts photos looking great in swimwear, and this week was no exception. She stays lean by keeping it green: "I'll do either a salmon salad with butter lettuce or mesclun greens and black olives plus, sweet potatoes for heartiness and roasted almonds for crunch," she tells Women’s Health. "I love a hearty salad."

9. Emma Hernan

Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan celebrated her birthday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She stays healthy by eating right, and launched her own vegan food company. “For many Americans, meals center around the meat. After all the Department of Agriculture reports that 222 pounds of meat are sold per person per year in the U.S. But when researchers asked nearly 70,000 volunteers about their diets, then tracked them over time, they found lower cancer rates among people who didn't eat meat at all,” reports the Mayo Clinic. “In fact, vegans — those who don't eat any animal products including fish, dairy or eggs — appeared to have the lowest rates of cancer of any diet. Next in line were vegetarians, who avoid meat but may eat fish or foods that come from animals, such as milk or eggs.”

10. Helena Christensen

The supermodel looked great in a bathing suit. Her secret? "Sprint, don't run, because that immediately sparks your metabolism and stuns your body by engaging your muscle groups in a very explosive way," she told Bazaar. "I can't run for 40 minutes at the same pace, listening to music. I will do 20 minutes and then I'm dying. I don't do the long, methodical routines of swimming 40 laps either. I want to be in the ocean fighting waves, not being in the pool staring at the clock and only seven minutes has passed when I'm already exhausted."

London,,United,Kingdom,-,October,18,,2022:,Dwayne,Johnson,AttendsShutterstock

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joined the franchise as Luke Hobbes in Fast Five. He’d later get his own spinoff film, Hobbes & Shaw. He talked about wanting to stay motivated to stay in shape to Muscle & Fitness. “It occurred to me that all of the men I knew who had achieved success were all men of great physical stature,” Johnson said. “And I knew that they all got that way through sweat equity—putting callouses on their hands. So in my mind, the key was simple: I’d continue going to the gym and work harder than before, and then I’d follow their path to greatness.”

3. Michelle Rodriguez

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,January,18,,2023:,Tyrese,Gibson,At,TheShutterstock

Tyrese Gibson joined the franchise in 2 Fast 2 Furious, playing Roman Pearce. He shared to Men’s Journal that his mindset is important when it comes to wellness. “I struggled for years with my focus. 6. Brie Larson

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,23:,Brie,Larson,actressShutterstock

Brie Larson played Tess in Fast X. She shared her skincare secrets in an interview with Allure. “My skin-care routine has become how I begin and end my day. 7. Nathalie Emmanuel

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,28:,Nathalie,Emmanuel,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Nathalie Emmanuel plays Ramsey, and joined the franchise in Furious 7. She shared her approach to fitness with OK! 8. Charlize Theron

Los,Angeles,-,Oct,17:,Charlize,Theron,Arrives,For,ElleShutterstock

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,04:,Jason,Momoa,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Jason Momoa played Dante Reyes in Fast X. His trainer, Damien Viera, shared his secrets with Men’s Journal. “Jason couldn’t do something like a ketogenic diet, because he needs readily charged energy from carbs to be explosive. And when I say carbs, I’m not talking about breads and pastas—those are long gone. I’m talking about cruciferous vegetables and fruits. You can’t train the way we do with fat for fuel; you need the carbs for explosive movements.”

10. Jason Statham

He says that since he works out a lot, he can indulge from time to time. “If your lifestyle is one of health and fitness, every day can become a cheat day,” Ritchson said. “You don't have to go on these insane calorie deficit sprees and punish yourself in the gym. I work out 30 to 45 minutes a day. I get it in, get a little pump [and then] I might have a slice of pizza for lunch because I feel like it and I earned it.”

13. John Cena

John Cena Visits The IMDb ShowRich Polk/Getty Images

John Cena plays Jakob Toretto. He talked about his fitness routine in an interview with GQ. “My training has switched a lot because I’m old,” Cena says. “I started lifting weights in a dedicated fashion when I was 12 years old. If you do the math, I’m coming up on 35 years of that. That’s a long time. The biggest shift when I was in the WWE is, every day, I tried to be the strongest version I can be that day. Now, I’m trying to be able to lift weights when I’m 80, so I need to take a little bit more care of myself for the long term. I have a 40,000-foot perspective. It’s a lot more work on flexibility and a lot more warming up.”

She posted this video on Instagram of herself boxing with her trainer. She captioned the video, “Missed this.” "Dance. Take a family bike ride. Go to a community pool. 4. Mandy Rose

WWE star Mandy Rose has broken barriers in the wrestling world, and she’s worked hard for her success. So I can push the envelope with those seductive storylines but still show people that I can kick" backsides, "too.”

5. Padma Lakshmi

When hosting Top Chef, Padma Lakshmi has to eat a lot of food, and not all of it is good. When you’re eating that much food, your system expects more food.”

I'm now having therapy every week, whether it's going to be a year or two years, I'll keep doing it."

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
