According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

She Indulges in Self-Care

Faye understands the importance of self-care. "I like to go to a spa from time to time. Sometimes I'll go with my mum; it's nice to have a bit of relaxation and catch-up time with her," she told Express.
