She Cooks Healthy Dinners
Winter broke down her food habits in an interview with Closer Online. She says that she likes to cook healthy meals. She also shared her favorite healthy dinner recipe. "For dinner, I can make a lovely salmon with honey, sweet chili sauce, crushed cashew nuts on top, with a mango salsa on the side along with sweet potato topped with paprika." Winter says that she also likes to make, "Steak, roasted tomatoes, potatoes, and my own home-made peppercorn sauce."
She Doesn't Overspend On Food
For Winter, food doesn't have to be expensive. When Closer Online asked how much money she spends on food, Winter answered, "Between £70-100 depending on mine and [boyfriend] Teddy's [Soares] schedule. I don't like spending any more than is necessary on my food shop." Only buying food you need can help you eat healthy, as it prevents you from overeating.
