Ferndana Flores is heating up social media. The 90 Day Fiancé star celebrated her 24 "laps around the sun" over the weekend, showing off her amazing body in a swimsuit during a vacation in Riviera Maya. "Infinitely grateful to life, this year was an awakening of conscience. Love in its entirety is accepting, thanking, forgiving and releasing. She Works Out

Fernanda spends a lot of time in the gym. On the reality show and in a recent Instagram video she shows off some of her exercise moves, which included  jumping rope, lifting weights, and doing stretches and squats. Try this stretch, from the Mayo Clinic: "The knee-to-chest stretch focuses on the muscles of your lower back. Avoid this stretch if you have osteoporosis because it may increase the risk of compression fractures in your vertebrae. To do this stretch:

  • Lie on your back on a firm surface with the backs of your heels flat on the floor.
  • Gently pull one knee up to your chest until you feel a stretch in your lower back.
  • Bring the knee as close to your chest as comfortably possible.
  • Keep the opposite leg relaxed in a comfortable position, either with your knee bent or with your leg extended.
  • Hold for about 30 seconds.
  • Switch legs and repeat."

She Boxes

Fernanda's boyfriend is a boxer. "We met at [the] 5th Street Gym in Miami Beach," told In Touch. "I started training boxing there and one day, in the middle of my training, this tall handsome guy walks in and starts eating pizza in front of my hungry tired face LOL. We exchanged very strong looks [then] the rest [is] history …"

She Goes to Therapy

Fernanda takes care of her mental health. "It has helped me so much," she said about her therapy practice. "I am really happy to be in a such [a] better emotional place where I can have a healthy relationship without any of the toxic patterns of my past. However, I am still working on myself [and my] growth. Always trying to be better not only for myself but for the people around me."

Her Boyfriend Is Her Workout Buddy

Fernanda has continued training with her boyfriend. Her Instagram feed is filled with lots of photos and videos of the two breaking a sweat together. They even teach classes. "As many of you know we share a strong passion about fitness and our healthy lifestyle, we really enjoy to workout together," she captioned a post.

She Cycles

Fernanda loves doing cardio. One of her go-tos? Cycling. "I will leave you here a BIKE CHALLENGE!!! Let's start our week right💕 Do you accept the challenge? 💪🏼⬇️ 20 Min Bike Workout!" she captioned this video, encouraging her followers to do one minute sprints at hard intensity followed by one minute rest at low intensity, repeating ten times.
