McCann is all about body positivity and embracing herself. She’s also not afraid to call out body shamers. In 2016, after people commented on an outfit she wore to a vacation, McCann responded on Snapchat. “I understand it’s not the best angle, I understand there probably is a bit of cellulite, but I can’t help it. I’m standing strong, I’m defiant, I’m not going to let these people get me down.”

One way McCann stays in shape is by doing a lot of different sports. She revealed to the Daily Star that she likes to do a lot of different athletic activities. “I’m part of a netball team and I never let them down, I also had a badminton match that night and I’m training for the half marathon.”

When it comes to McCann’s diet, it’s all about balance. McCann opened up about her approach to the Belfast Telegraph. “For me, it’s all about making healthy choices, not starving yourself or denying yourself every day. I try to make healthy choices but it’s not like I cut out carbs or alcohol or Chinese takeaways completely because they are things that I absolutely love.”
5. She Gets Enough Sleep

McCann revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Express. She says that she makes sure to get enough sleep each night. "I aim to be in bed at 11pm and listen to a sleep meditation,” she said. “My alarm goes off at 6am." "Establish a quiet, relaxing bedtime routine. For example, drink a cup of caffeine-free tea, take a warm shower or listen to soft music. Avoid prolonged use of electronic devices with a screen, such as laptops, smartphones and ebooks before bed," says the Mayo Clinic. "Relax your body. Gentle yoga or progressive muscle relaxation can ease tension and help tight muscles to relax."
