Rebecca Kennedy, a highly esteemed fitness trainer with a robust Instagram following, recently delighted her fans with a video showcasing dynamic exercises on monkey and playground bars alongside Andy Speer. In her post captioned "Things I’m loving lately," Kennedy lists her current favorites, including engaging workouts, the refreshing taste of coconut water, and the tranquility of meditation.
1. She Walks
Kennedy revealed in her caption that she likes to take outdoor walks. The Mayo Clinic states that walking has a lot of benefits. “Regular brisk walking can help you: Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat. Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes. Improve cardiovascular fitness. Strengthen your bones and muscles. Improve muscle endurance.”
2. She Does Pilates
Kennedy likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. She revealed that this is one of the things that makes her happy in her post’s caption. Pilates is a great way to stay in shape. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”
3. She Loves Coconut Water

Kennedy revealed in her Instagram post’s caption that she loves drinking coconut water. The Cleveland Clinic states that this beverage has a lot of health benefits. “Other fruit juices can be high in added sugar, calories and carbs. Coconut water, on the other hand, is lower in calories, making it a good option for those who like sweet beverages…Coconut water is 94% water and is fat-free and cholesterol-free.”
4. She Bikes
Kennedy likes to bike ride to stay in shape, and she revealed this in her post’s caption. A Healthier Michigan reports that taking a bike ride has a lot of benefits, one of which is burning calories. “All that work your body is doing by pedaling and balancing not only works muscles in your arms and core, but it counts as serious cardio exercise and burns calories with every spin of the wheels. By biking at a moderate pace, about 12 or 13 miles per hour, a person weighing 155 pounds burns nearly 300 calories in 30 minutes, according to statistics shared by Harvard University. Like to pedal faster? A person of that same weight doing a fast pace of 14 or 15 miles per hour burns more than 370 calories in 30 minutes.”
5. She Works Out With Others
Kennedy is seen doing exercises with another person in her Instagram reel. She also revealed in the caption that this is something she does often. Better Health states that working out with a friend has a lot of benefits. “Exercising with a friend or loved one can make it more fun, and increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan. Exercising with a friend is a great way to keep you motivated. It’s also a great way to meet new people. It can even save you money.”
