She Weight Trains

Tesouro does a lot of weight training. In this set of Instagram stories, she is seen doing different exercises. She is seen doing squats with a barbell, deadlifts, and standing up and sitting down with a hand weight. "The traditional deadlift is great for working your hamstrings, glutes and your entire core, which includes the muscles of the back, hips and abdomen. This tried-and-true move can help improve quality of life by reinforcing proper core engagement and lifting techniques, helping to protect your back from injury," says ACE Fitness.

She Does Pull-Ups

Tesouro loves to workout her arms. One thing she does to do is pull-ups. She even demonstrated her pull-up skills on a TV show. Tesouro's pull-ups are clearly working, as her arms look amazing. "The major muscle groups required to perform an effective pull-up include the large back muscles—latissimus dorsi and rhomboids—as well as the posterior deltoids and biceps. The trunk and other stabilizers also play a role in the ability or move the body up and down against gravity," says ACE Fitness.

Tesouro also works out her legs. In her set of Instagram stories, she is seen doing leg workouts. She did standing leg lifts with a flat back and a weight. She also did kick backs with a machine. Try a single leg stance, says the Cleveland Clinic:

  1. "Stand with your feet together.
  2. Bend one knee, raising your foot behind you. Hold the pose for 10 seconds before returning your foot to the ground.
  3. Repeat with the other leg to complete a single set.
  4. If needed, place a sturdy chair in front of you to hold for support."

"The best known benefit of sun exposure is vitamin D synthesis, which occurs in the skin in response to the sun's UVB rays. Vitamin D is a critical nutrient," says Consumer Reports. "It's absolutely essential to promote absorption of calcium, the mineral that helps keep bones strong," Clifford Rosen, M.D., an osteoporosis researcher at the Maine Medical Center Research Institute in Scarborough, tells the website.

Tesouro is quite the athlete. One sport she likes to play is Padel. She posts several photos on Instagram of herself on the court.
