Florencia “Floppy” Tesouro is missing the sunshine of summer, based on her social media posts. The singer posted a photo of herself wearing a bright pink patterned bathing suit from her own capsule line, with the caption “Summer, don't ever leave la 🙌 I'm starting my favorite season of the year, which is yours?” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tesouro stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Resistance Training

Tesouro incorporates plenty of resistance training into her diet. “Aerobic exercise and resistance training are the most important for heart health,” says Johns Hopkins exercise physiologist Kerry J. Stewart, Ed.D. “Although flexibility doesn’t contribute directly to heart health, it’s nevertheless important because it provides a good foundation for performing aerobic and strength exercises more effectively.”

2. Grilled Fish

Tesouro enjoys delicious grilled fish when she is resetting her diet and getting back into healthy habits. “If you're worried about your heart health, eating at least two servings of fish a week could reduce the risk of heart disease,” says the Mayo Clinic. “For many years, the American Heart Association has recommended that people eat fish rich in unsaturated fats at least twice a week. The unsaturated fats in fish are called omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients in fish may benefit heart health and reduce the risk of dying of heart disease.”

3. Pilates

Tesouro loves Pilates on a reformer. "Pilates is a type of strength training exercise that encourages you to identify and work within the limits of your body," says Leanne Wonesh, an athletic trainer at Houston Methodist. "There's also an inherent mindfulness to it and a lot of breath work, which can help relieve tension and stress. Pilates builds muscle, and this is important since building muscle increases your body's basal metabolic rate — which is how many calories your body burns while at rest.”

4. Horseback Riding

Tesouro loves horseback riding whenever she gets a chance. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.”

5. Stationary Bike

Tesouro says her stationary bike and treadmill means there is “no excuse” not to train. "Individuals can burn around 600 to 800 calories in an hour with a treadmill versus about 400 to 500 calories in an hour on a bike,” says Jessica Mazzucco, a New York City-area certified fitness trainer and founder of The Glute Recruit. “But that's with the big caveat that calorie burn rates vary greatly depending on your age, genetics, weight, gender and other factors."

Polish star Hanna Żudziewicz is showing off her spectacular dancing skills in a video posted on her Instagram. Wearing a black bathing suit top and gray shorts, Żudziewicz and partner Jacek Jeschke do a little dance on the beach before both of them end up falling over on the sand. “When you wanted to show off in front of your Dominican friends! 😎💃🏻😅,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Żudziewicz stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fresh Salad

Żudziewicz enjoys fresh salads, especially with feta cheese. “Feta cheese contains beneficial microbes including yeasts and bacteria, such as Lactobacillus plantarum, which may help support gut health,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “In fact, probiotic yeasts from feta have been seen to tolerate low pH levels which puts them at greater chance of surviving the harsh environment of the stomach and getting to the part of the gut where they can be of most value.”

2. Coffee For Energy

Żudziewicz enjoys the energy boost coffee provides. “Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content,” Shubrook says. “When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it ‘fires up’ certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance.”

3. Calamari For Lunch

Fried,Squids,Or,Octopus,(calamari),With,Sauce,-,Unhealthy,FoodsShutterstock

Żudziewicz loves delicious calamari for a healthy lunch. “A basket of calamari is, no doubt, one of the most delicious ways to start a meal,” says nutritionist Robin Miller. “Nutritionally speaking, calamari (Italian for squid) is crammed with copper (one 3.5-ounce serving has 90% of your RDA). Why should you care? Copper is essential for all this: proper growth of the skeletal, nervous and cardiovascular systems; reducing inflammation and arthritis symptoms; pigmentation of hair, skin and eyes; building connective tissue; stimulating the brain; absorbing iron; stalling aging; producing energy in the body; inhibiting bacteria such as E-Coli; reducing cholesterol and boosting immunity.”

4. Dancing Queen

Żudziewicz dances for a living, which is a fantastic workout in itself. “Dancing is mainly linked to physical health benefits, but when you dance you are moving different parts of your body in a coordinated way, and this activates several parts of the brain,” says the British Heart Foundation. “One small study even found that dancing is associated with a lower risk of dementia. The research, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, followed 469 people aged 75 and over, who didn’t have dementia at the start of the study. The researchers measured the association between leisure and physical activities and the likelihood of developing dementia over time. They found that dancing was the only physical activity associated with a lower risk of dementia.”

5. She Loves To Swim

Żudziewicz enjoys swimming. “Swimming is the fourth most popular sports activity in the United States and a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity,” says the CDC. “Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease. Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people. People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain.”

Argentine actress Leticia Siciliani is literally The Girl From Ipanema, based on her latest special media updates. Siciliani shared pictures of herself posing on the famous beach in Rio De Janeiro, wearing a purple bathing suit and white sunglasses. “The sea always brings wonderful things,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Loves To Swim

Siciliani enjoys swimming, which is a great way to get exercise while having fun and going easy on your joints. “Swimming is one of the few activities that works your whole body,” says the British Heart Foundation. “Breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl, butterfly and even doggy paddle get your legs and arms moving. This in turn works your back and core muscles.”

2. Bath Time

Siciliani loves relaxing in a bath or hot tub. “Taking a bath has great physical and mental health benefits,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “Soaking in a tub is something many people have access to but don’t take advantage of enough. But it can be beneficial for a lot of people.”

3. Gentle Bike Rides

Siciliani rides her bike outside in the fresh air and sunshine. “Adopting physical activities like biking or running, getting regular exercise and eating lots of leafy greens, lean proteins and whole grains will help you maintain a healthy weight, lowering your cancer risk,” according to experts at Nebraska Methodist Health System.

4. Yerba Mate

Siciliani enjoys traditional South American caffeine-packed yerba mate drinks. “Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults,” says the Mayo Clinic. “That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two ‘energy shot’ drinks.”

5. Bonding With Pets

Siciliani loves animals, especially her little dog. Having a pet offers many health benefits, experts say. “Studies have shown that the bond between people and their pets is linked to several health benefits, including increased opportunities for exercise and outdoor activities; better cognitive function in older adults; and more opportunities to socialize,” says the CDC.

Good Morning America host Lara Spencer welcomed the New Year from a beach in sunny Florida. Spencer, 54, shared a picture of herself posing on the sand in a black cut-out swimsuit, her beloved pup by her side. “Feeling good, Louis!” she captioned the post. “Happy New Year Lara. You look absolutely beautiful,” a fan commented. Spencer seems to be getting fitter with every year that passes—here’s how she stays happy, and why she calls herself a jock.

1. Eggs and Grapefruit

Breakfast,With,Fried,Eggs,toast,,Grapefruit,And,Coffee,On,White,WoodenShutterstock

Spencer starts her day before dawn, arriving at work around 5am, which is where she eats breakfast. “I usually have eggs and a grapefruit, but believe me, there’s a huge tray of muffins that call my name every day!” she tells Greenwich magazine. “For beauty, I do yoga once or twice a week. I play tennis a lot—about three times a week—and I run around like a lunatic and never sit down. I have really ridiculous energy. I try to eat well but don’t deny myself delicious things.”

2. Thrift Store Gems

Spencer loves thrift store shopping for hidden gems. “If you judge the book by its cover, then you won't bring anything home, because most of the stuff is like a girl badly in need of a makeover,” she tells Out. “The number one thing that I look for is good bones, and by that I mean classic lines, quality construction, designers' marks--in terms of labels--some clue to see if it's a designer I like. I look for pieces that make me smile. I trust my gut--if I'm looking at a vintage oil painting, it doesn't matter to me whether that artist is well-known. It just matters whether I find beauty in that picture. And it doesn't matter if it's $5 or $500, if it makes you feel good, and you think it will brighten up your world and help create your personal space, then go for it.”

3. Rescue Dogs

Spencer loves her shelter pups, and rescued them after hearing about trucks of dogs being taken out of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. “I adopted them after Hurricane Katrina,” she tells Greenwich magazine. “There’s not a dog I meet that I’m not in love with. The weirder looking, the better. I love the offbeat—in everything, really. Harry is a golden-doodle and Dandy is a Lhasa apso–Shih Tzu–German shepherd… I did a story for GMA on dog DNA testing—that’s how I found out.”

4. Decorating Skills

Spencer has a unique approach to decorating. “I love a house that has different feels and different looks,” she tells Out. “Great designers will tell you that symmetry and scale are everything, and it's true. As you're looking at a room, it should feel restful to your eyes. You can do that by using pairs of things, or make sure that your coffee table isn't tiny next to a big, cozy sofa. Make sure all the sizes feel right together. Listen, hats off to people go to school for this, and the great decorators of the world--I'm not saying that I could do what they do--But I was taught, I approach interior decorating by trusting my gut, my intuition, and my personal style. Don't worry about what's in or what's out, worry about what's right for you.”

5. She’s a Jock

Spencer is a former Penn State diver. “I’m a big jock,” she tells Greenwich magazine. “I had a great twisting one-and-a-half. My dread was the reverse two-and-a-half, because you’re moving forward off the board and then spinning back toward it head first. I broke my hand in four places doing it. I still get nervous every day—it’s live TV—but I know I’ve got this. With that dive, I never got past the thumping heart, where I was like, ‘Get it together! Get it together!’ I loved diving, though. It was a huge educator in life in general. I’m a huge advocate of sports. My mom plugged me into everything because I was the youngest of five and she didn’t know what to do with me. It was a very happy accident.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
