Argentine model, singer,TV personality and influencer Florencia "Floppy" Tesouro looks amazing, and she works hard to get there. Tesouro was a contestant on the Argentine reality dance competition show Bailando in 2012, and showed her chops in a YouTube video clip. She clearly did a lot of training and rehearsal to perfect the athletic couples routine

She Recovered Quickly After Childbirth

"I recovered very quickly, but not by magic," Tesoura said in Spanish, according to Infobae. "In addition to having good genetics, I exercise and eat a healthy diet." Tesoura has one child, Moorea, with husband Rodrigo Fernández Prieto, an architect.

She Does Weight Training

Tesoura works out with weights and resistance training, as in this YouTube video. Strength training can help manage or lose weight, and it can increase metabolism to help burn more calories, the Mayo Clinic said.

She Inspires Girls

"I love motivating other girls to do physical activity," she said in 2018. She added: "They write to me to know what I do, and I enjoy advising them. For this reason, this year I plan to venture into a fitness project, in addition to dedicating myself to acting."

She Plays Paddle Tennis

 Tesoura showed off her paddle tennis outfit in Instagram photos. "Today I start Paddle lessons, and I'm so happy 😄 I love undertaking new things, challenges, always adding activities!" she posted in Spanish. "It's a great sport I recommend it. Nothing better than training, releasing endorphins and having fun."
