Fran Undurrago is feeling gratitude in the new year, judging by her social media updates. Undurrago posted a picture of herself at the beach, wearing a bright neon bathing suit as she stood in the surf. “Photo taken by mom not the best but love it that she took it. How nice it is to have parents alive. Thank you God! 💗💗,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Loves Eggplant

Fran.UndurragaFran Undurraga/Instagram

Undurraga enjoys delicious, healthy eggplant-based dishes—especially lasagne. “The wonderful health benefits of eggplants are primarily derived from their vitamin, mineral, and nutrient content,” says John Staughton, BASc, BFA. “According to the USDA, eggplants have a high water content with almost no cholesterol or fat and are a source of vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, dietary fiber, folic acid, potassium, and manganese.”

2. Stuffed Red Peppers

Stuffed,Mexican,Red,PeppersShutterstock

Undurraga is a dab hand in the kitchen, whipping up red peppers stuffed with cheese and black beans. “Red peppers contain more than 200 percent of your daily vitamin C intake,” says Julie Daniluk, R.H.N. “Besides being a powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps the proper absorption of iron. If you are iron deficient, try combining red peppers with your iron source for maximum absorption.”

3. Exercise Ball Workouts

FranUndurraga2Fran Undurraga/Instagram

Undurraga loves to use an exercise ball to mix up her workouts. “The gym ball is so versatile it can be used to help someone who is just starting out in the gym as well as experienced exercisers,” says Stephen MacConville, Nuffield Health's fitness lead. “A gym ball can be used by beginners to work on their squat technique. If they place the gym ball between the wall and their lower back, it can be used to support their back and help increase the range of movement in the squat.”

4. Weight Training

FranUndurraga1Fran Undurraga/Instagram

Undurraga lifts weights as part of her workout routine. “Numerous studies have shown that strength training can play a role in slowing bone loss, and several show it can even build bone. This is tremendously useful to help offset age-related declines in bone mass,” says Harvard Health. “Activities that put stress on bones can nudge bone-forming cells into action. That stress comes from the tugging and pushing on bone that occur during strength training (as well as weight-bearing aerobic exercises like walking or running). The result is stronger, denser bones.”

5. Resistance Bands

FranUndurragaFran Undurraga/Instagram

Undurraga occasionally uses resistance bands for her exercises. "Studies show that there are no benefit changes between machines, free weights, and resistance bands," says Hayden Steele, NSCA-C.P.T., C.S.C.S. "Optimally, they would all be used together [in a training regimen], but when you look at strength benefits, you can't say that dumbbells are more effective than resistance bands. They just offer the same benefits for less money."

Mernes opened up about her wellness routine in an interview. She says that she lives a pretty active life. “If I am skinnier it is because I am a thousand. But like everything, I eat well. The people around me know that I eat, it's not that I'm skinny, it's because I'm active, I dance a lot, I rehearse a lot, I'm doing things every day and I don't train, I should. Now I'm going to start swimming, but well the thing is that I never have a day off.”

3. She Speaks Out About Beauty Standards

In the same interview, Mernes opened up about her past insecurities and spoke out about unfair beauty standards. “I didn't wear muscle or short sleeves because I said 'I have fatter arms' and people are going to judge me for that. I mean, imagine how my head was, really bad. And well, I had a really bad time at that moment and then I understood that it is not like that and that nothing is wrong. But you know what happens? It's that people put me in that place of the Argentine woman, that you have to fulfill a stereotype, that you have to wear these clothes, that you have to say or do this. And she broke my head that she felt that she had to comply with things that society imposes on her that are stupid.”

4. She Admires Mega-Powerful Women

Billboard Latin Women In Music - BackstageGetty Images

She grew up admiring Thalia, Rihanna and Beyoncé. “I would watch them on TV and I couldn’t believe it. I’d say: ‘I hope one day I can see myself like them!’ Because whenever I listened to them, they instilled a message of power and confidence in me,” she told Billboard.

5. She Benefits From Sun Exposure

"One of the best (and easiest) ways to get vitamin D is by being outside. Our bodies produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight—about 15 minutes in the sun a day is adequate if you’re fair skinned. And since Vitamin D helps your body maintain calcium and prevents brittle, thin, or misshapen bones, soaking in sun may be just what the doctor ordered," says Select Health.

Frazer opened up about life after her divorce in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle. She says that she is now living life on her own terms. “Now I’m on OnlyFans, I’m single, I’m on the cover of Maxim - it’s the complete opposite. I think it’s the path that I was meant to be on and I’m where I’m meant to be. Every day I wake up and I'm just so happy with my life.”

2. She’s Taking Care Of Her Mental Health

Creed III Sydney PremiereMark Metcalfe/Getty Images

Frazer tells Yahoo Lifestyle that she has started taking care of her mental health. “I still feel like there's a little bit of fine-tuning to do with my mental health, but it's the best it's been since I want to say even before MAFS started filming,” she remarks. “I'm just excited to wake up every day, which I haven’t felt for two years. Obviously the filming process was hard and then what we went through during filming was awful. And then Jackson and I, it was the wrong relationship. So being in a relationship that's not working as well as all this other stuff just really took a toll. So I think getting out of all of it, I made a very conscious choice a few months ago to just stop talking about all the drama and all the bad stuff... Unless I’m asked a direct question, I just don’t interact with it or take the bait or anything like that, and it's just serving me really well.”

4. She Defends Herself

Frazer has had to defend herself due to being seen as a reality TV villain. She recently clapped back when a photo of her was taken without her consent. “I was spotted applying for a casual job at a makeup store. Love Island star Francesca Allen spent a day at the beach, and she made sure to have some stunning photos to show for it. Allen posted a photo of herself posing on the shore in a bright blue bathing suit and a white cover-up. She captioned the post, “So you say you want to get away.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Francesca Allen stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Comfortable With Her Skin

Allen has struggled with her skin, specifically her acne, all her life. However, when she appeared on Love Island, she learned to accept her skin and wasn’t insecure about it. "I remember being in the villa and thinking 'all these girls are so beautiful and flawless' and there were guys I was trying to impress,” she said to Hello! Magazine. "I wasn't gonna start sleeping in makeup - I haven't slept in makeup my whole life - I would have made it worse in the long run and I would have felt even more conscious of my face… so I owned it.”

2. She Went Back To Training

Allen revealed on Instagram that she had lost a lot of weight recently, and that it was the result of finding love for herself again that inspired her to go back to training. "I'm strong in myself and I have that strength in my body that I used to have like over two years ago. I just had lost love for training, I'd lost love myself."

3. She Spends Time By The Water

Allen loves to spend time at the beach and by the water, and she makes sure to take a lot of stunning photos for Instagram. She has posted several beach shots of herself on social media. “Being outside offers other benefits, too. It offers an emotional boost and can help you feel less tense, stressed, angry or depressed. And sunlight can give your body vitamin D, too,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Goes Hiking

  • “Walking, running and hiking
  • Rollerblading and biking
  • Fishing and hunting
  • Golfing
  • Rock or ice climbing
  • Kayaking, canoeing, diving, boating or sailing
  • Skiing, including cross-country and downhill skiing

5. She Keeps a Positive Attitude

“I just like to smile… smiling is my favourite!” Francesca once captioned a post, asking if you could name that film. (The answer? Pretty sure it’s Elf.) Her good mood helps her health. “Indeed, some studies show that personality traits such as optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that usually comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don't despair — you can learn positive thinking skills,” says the Mayo Clinic.

1. She Protects Her Skin

"I’ve tried so many different things for my skin, I feel like I’ve done things that are really bad, like I even started using sun beds and things like that, which were the worst thing I could have done, because they just scar your face. But now I constantly use a retinol and alway make sure in the morning, even in England, that I put a SPF on,” she told Heatworld. You should, too. What is SPF anyway? "So if you stand outside in a particular location and you're testing the sunscreen and it takes you 10 minutes to develop redness to the skin without the product on, but then you apply the product on a different area of skin and it takes 50 minutes for the skin to show redness, then that is an SPF factor of 50 over 10, which equals 5,” Dr. Dawn Davis, a Mayo Clinic dermatologist, says.

2. She Does Yoga

WOTC New Faces Awards 2021Dave Benett/Getty Images

"Recently I’ve been doing yoga which I never liked in the past. I’ve always done quite high-intensity things such as running, HIT training or boxing, but since lockdown and with me being home a lot, I’ve been doing yoga before bed and it just makes me sleep a lot easier. A lot of the time, when I lie in bed, I can just be thinking of loads of things I need to do tomorrow and doing yoga before bed really helps,” she told Heatworld.

3. She Lost Weight

Allen lost weight and fans noticed. “I don’t get people being nasty in my DMs. Everyone’s really kind and I’m so grateful for my following,” she told the Daily Mail. “But I’ve had a couple of people messaging me about my weight and saying I edit it my photo. I’m like – hun – I’ve actually lost nearly 2st, so I am gonna look a bit different.”

4. High Intensity Workouts Can Burn Fat

London Celebrity Sightings - January 5, 2022Ricky Vigil M/GC Images via Getty Images

High Intensity workouts, or HIIT, can be a great way to get sweaty. Try doing exercises that are performed in superset fashion. This means that you will do exercises 1a, then move immediately to 2a; rest for one minute, then repeat 1a & 2a again until you have done each circuit 3 times. After one circuit is complete, rest for two minutes and hydrate before moving on to the next circuit. Here's an example, from trainer Mark Langowski:

1a. Split Lunge with Biceps Curl: 12 reps each leg. For Men Use 15’s-25’s, For Women Use 5-10lb db’s.

Hold the weights at your side. Now, as if you were standing on a balance beam, with one foot in front of the other, separate your feet 2 feet apart. Inhale as you kneel down; your front knee should be at 90 degrees and back knee almost touches the ground. Sit down into the glute of your front leg. Exhale as you press back up to the starting position. Do 12 reps on that leg. Then repeat with the other leg.

2a. Chin-ups. If you can do at least 8 chin ups in a row: Do three sets of chin-ups, each set to failure.

If you cannot do at least 8 chin ups: Use the squat rack and do three sets of body rows. Position the bar at about chest height and grab it with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder-width apart. Scoot your legs forward until your body is at a 45-degree angle to the ground and your weight is resting on your heels. Now pull yourself up until your chest touches the bar, then lower yourself back down. 12 reps.

5. She Feels “in Tune” With Herself Like Never Before

Boohoo x DaBaby LaunchMWE/GC Images via Getty Images

“2021 I’ve never felt this in-tune with myself like I do currently, I know who my friends are I know what my goals are and I feel empowered for it! I’m sure like me, many of us have lost ourselves time to time but I can promise without struggle there is no success and you can’t enjoy the good if you have never experienced the bad,” she has said.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
