She Is Vegan
In an interview with Women's Health Francesca confirmed that she a vegan, who cooked her special meals while she was on the hit Netflix show. "We had a chef, and he was amazing," she said, adding that instead of beef wellington, he would make her beet wellington. "He always, always, always had an alternative for me. So it was the best food ever," she said. She added that going vegan six years ago changed her life and body "for the better times a thousand."
She Cheats
Francesca allows herself to cheat on occasion. "Of course, I have a sweet tooth so I eat dessert a few times a week," she told Women's Health. One of her favorites? Oreos.
She Works Out 3 to 4 Times a Week
When it comes to exercise, Francesca puts in time at the gym. "I try to work out three to four times a week," she told Women's Health. "I don't do heavy lifting. I should, because I want a nice, juicy booty," she said. "But right now I just kind of do overall full body and then I think it's mainly diet for me that keeps me lean."
She Drinks Coffee
Francesca loves drinking coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. She Doesn't Stress About Diet
"I don't stress about what I eat and I kind of like to have a full range of fruits and vegetables, a full range of carbs and fats — and I just keep it stagnant. It just works!" she told Life & Style about her approach to eating. "Honestly, I think it's just me being vegan. I think that's 90 percent of what it is."
