Farago is extremely comfortable with herself and her body. She tells Life and Style that this mindset helps her not stress about working out. “Before COVID, I was working out and my body was more toned,” she says. “My ass was big, I had more muscle tone in my arms and overall, I just felt leaner, but I’m happy with the way I look now.”
3. She’s Vegan
Farago is open about being vegan. She shares a lot of her favorite plant-based foods and products on social media. She tells Life and Style that she believes her diet is what helps her stay healthy. “Honestly, I think it’s just me being vegan. I think that’s 90 percent of what it is.” A study in the Journal of The American Heart Association states, “Plant‐based diets, diets that emphasize higher intakes of plant foods and lower intakes of animal foods, are associated with a lower risk of incident cardiovascular disease, cardiovascular disease mortality, and all‐cause mortality in a general US adult population.”
4. She Still Indulges
Farago isn’t afraid to enjoy a treat now and then. "Of course, I have a sweet tooth so I eat dessert a few times a week,” she said in 2020 to Women’s Health. Farago also admitted that the pandemic has added to her mindset. “And especially with quarantine, it's hard not to eat a bunch of Oreos.”
5. She Does Full Body Workouts As Often As She Can
Farago admits that she doesn’t always have time to work out. However, she told Women’s Health that she does full body exercises as often as possible. “I try to work out three to four times a week,” she says. “Right now I just kind of do an overall full body and then I think it's mainly diet for me that keeps me lean." Working out your entire body has a lot of benefits. You are able to work out different muscle groups and body parts. Ace Fitness reports, “Multijoint exercises like the squat, deadlift, or standing shoulder press engage a number of muscles that can help increase energy expenditure.”
