Frankie Bridge is a bathing suit beauty in Bermuda! The Saturdays singer flaunts her famously fit figure in her latest Instagram post while vacationing at The Loren Hotel on the island. “It’s all fun and games… until it’s time to go home,” she captioned the series of snaps. How does the 33-year-old maintain her physique? Read on to see 10 of Frankie Bridge’s top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Exercise Regularly

Frankie recommends regular exercise. "Now that I’ve got [my two children], each day is always really different. I normally get up at around 6:30am and sort the boys out. We’re always rushing around in the morning. I drop Parker at nursery, and then most days I tend to go to the gym for an hour to work out. If I’m working, I can’t, but I try to fit in at least three/four days a week," Frankie told Cosmopolitan UK.

2. Mix Up Your Workouts

Frankie does “an hour or so” of exercise, mixing up her workouts. “Up until the new year I was doing pilates and boxing throughout the week, whereas now I’ve started weight training. A lot of people I knew did it and I’ve heard a lot about it burning fat and being good for toning, so I’ve started doing that with a new trainer. I really like it. My bum and my legs just weren’t changing before I started weight training, but now I have noticed a difference [from squatting with free weights] quite quickly," she told Cosmopolitan.

3. Eat Healthy

Glass,Of,Parfait,Made,Of,Granola,,Berries,And,Yogurt,OnShutterstock

Frankie describes herself as “quite a boring eater.” However, she maintains a healthy diet. “I go through phases. I’ve got an obsession with granola and yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries so I’ll have that in the morning with a cup of tea. For lunch, I’ll have salad with tuna, and then for dinner I’ll have brown rice and quinoa and some sort of fish or meat, and some kale. I’m obsessed with kale," she dished to Cosmopolitan.

4. Snack Throughout the Day

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsGareth Cattermole/Getty Images

Frankie tries not to eat too much at each sitting. "I’m a snacker. I’m a bit of a grazer. Which is fine if you have healthy things to snack on, but not when I’m around chocolate,” she told Cosmopolitan.

5. Focus On Form

When it comes to her workouts, Frankie focuses on form. "When I first started working out with my new trainer, he was like ‘show me how you do a squat’, so I did, and he said ‘yeah, that’s not gonna do anything’. I think it’s important to learn how to do things properly. I’ve been doing squats and all sorts with a trainer before, and I’ve never realized that I’ve been doing them wrong. I could’ve done 100 squats the wrong way and been like ‘yeah, it aches a bit’. Where as I can do five with this trainer and be in agony. I would say to learn how to do the moves properly, it makes a big difference," she told Cosmopolitan.

6. Don’t Overdo It with Alcohol

The Virgin Atlantic Attitude AwardsDave Benett/Getty Images

Frankie drinks in moderation. "I drink alcohol but not a lot. I’m not someone who goes home and has a glass of wine – I do that rarely. I normally drink Prosecco. I’m a lightweight and I drink like a child – I’ll only drink it if it tastes nice and doesn’t taste like alcohol! If I have a rosé, I have it with lemonade," she told Cosmopolitan.

7. Train for Your Body Type

The Sun's Who Cares Wins Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

Frankie doesn’t believe that there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. "I used to go to the gym with my friend and would do whatever she booked me in for, and I just wasn’t seeing a difference. She has a very different body to me – she’s very straight up and down, whereas I have curves and wanted different things for my body,” she told Cosmopolitan. "You have to know your body, and train specifically for it – you have to know your own limits. The older you get, the more you realize you have to work on your own body and what you want to achieve, rather than comparing yourself [to others]."

8. She Cheats

"I try to stick to having a ‘cheat day’. I believe in them. I don’t think you should restrict yourself completely. It’s hard at social stuff, but that’s where you have to be flexible. Don’t set yourself a specific cheat day if your plans for the week don’t fit in with it. If you know you’re going out for dinner one night, that can be your cheat evening, and then try and be good the rest of the week."

9. Avoid Crash Diets

National Television Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Frankie has “tried all sorts” of diets, but can’t stick to them more than a few days. “I don’t do it anymore,” she confessed to Cosmopolitan. “I once went and bought the Atkins Diet book, but never did it. I’ve tried juicing – but I always last at the most three days, because by then I’m just delirious with hunger. I just don’t think it’s worth it. Unless you can really stick to something. Now I just try to eat healthy."

10. Do Hot Yoga

FW Bridge x F&F By Frankie Bridge Spring Summer 2022 Launch EventDave Benett/Getty Images

In an interview with Women's Health in 2020, Frankie revealed that she likes to turn on the heat with her yoga practice. "Wayne and I have recently started going – it was something I'd been wanting to try for ages and I love that it's something we can do together," she said about hot yoga. "I mean it's hard work - and so sweaty it’s unreal - but it's also calm. I couldn't just sit there and meditate all morning - that's not really my thing. It's not good for me to give my brain too much space to think."

Holly Scarfone of the Netflix hit Too Hot to Handle lives up to the show’s name, making waves on social media and in the tabloids. (She was rumored to be dating Scott Disick.) She’s known for her toned figure, and frequently hits pool and beaches to show it off. She posed just now in a swimsuit and captioned it, "summer games." How does she stay so fit, and what's her take on being on the show? Read on to see 5 ways Holly Scarfone stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Likes to Push Her Boundaries

When they reached out to her to be on the show initially, “I had no idea that it was Too Hot to Handle,” she says on her YouTube channel. “But the second that I saw Lana”—the show’s virtual assistant—“I knew, I just knew and first thought in my head was you have got to be kidding me. It's actually really crazy how you can like trick a group of what, like 10 to 14 people, to come out to shoot a show and then it turns out being something completely different. The fact that that's even legal is super cool. But I'm really happy that I caught the experience. It really was a journey. Like people just go on and think, oh, it's a TV show, but people forget at the end of the day, it's about self progression. We did a ton of workshops and we were pushed to the brink every day, pushing our boundaries and trying to progress ourselves as people.”

2. Yes, She Ate Well During Too Hot to Handle

“I get this question so much. I don't know why everyone's concerned about what we were eating or if we ate on Too Hot to Handle—the answer is yes, we did not not eat for a month and a half. In fact, we had a plethora of food. I was eating so much and we could have as many plates as we want. We had an open buffet, not to mention, we had a really amazing chef. I think the chef was Rihanna's chef. So we had the best food. And you would think that we were like eating salads and stuff, but like we had a lot of like pizza and like french fries and every day was a pizza party,” she said on YouTube. “So we definitely had a fun time eating. One of my favorite moments in filming was just like being in the dining room and sitting with people and we were always testing our mics. And so like, we'd have to go around and be like, testing wait to count to 10. And we'd all, you know, be around the table, singing and eating and like joking. But yes, we definitely did eat.”

3. She is Introspective

Filming the show: “It really was an intense month and a half….And even down to like the second that I started filming up until now, it's still changing my life. Of course when we were in there, we were doing workshops and personally I was struggling with the dynamic of building a relationship with myself and someone else. And then also balancing that with building a relationship with the group as a collective. And that was a complex thing for me for a while. It took me a while to really get the hang of it. But that's the whole essence of the show is just getting to know yourself on a deeper level and really challenging certain aspects and departments of yourselves that really need attention.”

4. She Likes it Out on the Water

Holly has shared an image of herself on a paddleboard in a river. “Can’t fake a smile it’s hard to wear,” she captioned it. Water-based exercises can be great for you. “Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water-based exercise can improve the health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the pregnant person’s mental health. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections,” says the CDC.

5. She Has a Sweet Tooth

“Who needs a man, when Ferrell's doughnuts can satisfy you x1000000000,” she once said. Enjoy once in a while but we’re sure Holly knows that “eating too many foods with added sugars sets the stage for potential health problems, such as:

  • Poor nutrition. If you choose sugar-laden foods instead of more nutritious foods, you miss out on important nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
  • Weight gain. There's no single cause for being overweight or obese. But added sugar might contribute to the problem. It's easy to get extra calories when eating foods that are sugar sweetened,” says the Mayo Clinic.

1. She Doesn’t Use Social Media Filters

Frankel posted a photo of herself in her bra and underwear in August. She revealed in the captioned that she doesn’t use social media filters, and encouraged others to do so. “If I were a “filterer” I would have gotten rid of my lines and my dark circles, but this is me at 50,” she wrote. “Why do I mention this all the time? Because I think it’s important for young women to know that being flawed is truthful and real, and that filtering yourself into someone fictitious is actually damaging to girls’ and women’s self esteem. It’s courageous and beautiful to be real at any age. I realize that fake and filtered sells, but I’m happy over here with my followers who appreciate the difference.”

2. She Enjoys The Water

Frankel is a big fan of going to the beach and going swimming. She posts several photos from the beach and in the pool. Frankel posted this photo of herself swimming in August. She captioned the photo, “Summer of love.”

3. She Exercises When She Can

Frankel revealed her approach to exercise in a photo from Instagram. Frankel says that while she doesn’t have an exercise routine, she makes sure to exercise when she can. She writes, “My philosophy on eating & exercise is to do what you can when you can. I choose time with my daughter & sleep first. If I’m near a beach, I take an hour walk. If I have the time, I’ll do a yoga dvd. I don’t believe in fear based, torturous, aggressive exercise.” Frankel also wrote, “Life is too short and stressful to dread doing something for an hour. In addition, extreme exercise creates extreme hunger."

4. She Has A Good Relationship With Food

In the same post, Frankel says that when it comes to food, she tries not to stress too much. Instead, Frankel focuses on having a good relationship with food. “I love food and eat whatever I want but I NEVER binge. I don’t beat myself up about what I’ve eaten or praise myself about what I haven’t. Food isn’t your best friend or your enemy. It’s just food. I have a good relationship with it."

5. She Avoids Artificial Food

Frankel says to HollywoodLife that she tries to eat healthy, and avoids artificial foods. “I do not eat a lot of ‘fake’ foods. I’ll eat cake and fries but nothing brightly colored or artificial.” Frankel revealed that she likes salads, veggie burgers, egg whites, and steak in the interview.

1. She Meal Prepped to Lose Weight

Frankie famously transformed her figure, attributing hte slim down to planning her meals ahead of time. “I gained the weight by drinking, not watching what I was eating and not looking after my body when I went to uni. I lost it by doing a meal prep diet. I had a healthy breakfast and then prepped my lunch and dinners myself – really healthy and balanced meals,” she told Closer.

2. She Works Out...A Lot

Another way Frankie shed the weight? “I was also going to the gym three to four times a week and the weight just fell off me,” she told Closer.

3. Now, She Watches What She Eats

“After I lost weight I stopped it a little bit and just watched what I ate instead of being organised about it. But I always eat porridge or have a protein shake in the morning because it sets me up for the day. I keep an eye on my snacks as well. I’m gluten and dairy-free, so I snack on lots of gluten-free things, which helps with bloating,” Frankie told Closer about her diet. “I’m eating a lot more vegetarian meals and I always try to pick the veggie options, but I don’t think I’ll convert completely.”

4. She Chooses Weights Over Cardio

“I used to do a lot of cardio when I was losing weight, but now I’ve got a personal trainer who I see about three times a week. We do weights and a lot with my core, which is good because while my legs and arms stay slim, my stomach tends to bloat. We do HIIT as well – I hate it, but it’s so worth it,” Frankie revealed to Closer.

5. Pizza Is Her Cheat Meal

Delicious,Cheese,Stringy,Slice,Lifted,Of,Full,Supreme,Pizza,BakedShutterstock

Pizza is Frankie’s ultimate cheat meal. “Me and boyfriend Harry Lee are obsessed with pizza. Since we’ve been together, we’ve probably had about 500 pizzas,” she told Closer before splitting up with Lee.

6. She Embraces Her Body

What is Frankie’s favorite part of her body? “Probably my curves, which is something I hated this time last year. Although I’ve lost weight, I’m naturally curvy. As I get older I’ve started to appreciate that because I feel like a woman. But belly fat has always been an issue for me. I don’t think I’ll ever have a completely flat stomach, but I’d like to tone it up a bit more.,” she told Closer.

7. She Is Open About Plastic Surgery

Frankie doesn’t shy away from talking about plastic surgery, confessing to a breast lift. “They sagged where I’d lost weight. No one had commented on them, but when I looked in the mirror I felt like I had the body of an old lady. Most girls my age have perky breasts, but mine were the complete opposite. I had them lifted and feel so much better,” she told Closer.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
