She Stays Motivated

Whether it be a job I have to be prepared for or a physical goal I want to reach within my training, I know it's not going to happen without the work going into it. Keeping track of progress is important. Looking forward to the rewards! When you've worked hard on reaching your goals and you finally reap the rewards that's something in itself to remember. Pride and success. Endorphins. The same as everyone, there have been many a time when I can't find the energy to go to the gym but knowing that I will feel a hell of a lot better about myself after class or a session, most of the time, gives me the kick up the bum to get there."
