She Swims

Windey spends a lot of time in the water. She shares a lot of photos of herself at the beach or the pool on Instagram. Windey shared this photo of herself in a pool while filming The Bachelorette. She captioned it, "Am I the drama." Windey also posted these photos of herself in the pool. She captioned them, "Looking @ Pfizer like, dang that vaccine's lookin good."

She's Focusing On Herself

After publicly breaking up with her fiance from her Bachelorette season, Windey has been reportedly linked to Jersey Shore star, and her Dancing With The Stars co-star, Vinny Guadagnino. However, Windey tells E! News that while she is open to a relationship, she is primarily focusing on herself right now. "Ultimately, I am always open to a relationship, but I just really want it to be with the right person," she said. "I think that is going to take some time and patience. I'm excited to just be in the moment, see what happens and kind of gather more data on myself."

She Has Support

Windey tells Chicks In The Office that she is surrounded by a lot of supportive people. She says that a lot of her loved ones want to see her perform on Dancing With The Stars each week. "It's been honestly such a blessing," she says. "Experiences are better when shared so naturally. I'm like, 'oh my God, don't you guys wanna come to this show?' But it's like, I forget THAT Monday people work. You have to be there two or three hours early. You have to covid test. So I'm like, 'oh my God. So sorry if you don't wanna come. Like, I totally understand, you know, like if you're sick of my shit.' But they show up every week with a huge smile, and really just wanna be there to support me. Because we all know how temporary it is. So I'm just grateful for friends who truly, you know, give a shit about me and like to see me in this light."

She Danced

Windey learned how to ballroom dance for her time on Dancing With The Stars. She opened up about the experience in this Instagram post.  Windey wrote that the experience pushed her body and mind  to new limits. "In between tears trying to sum up the last few months. It's been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I've ever had."

She Helped During The Pandemic

Windey has a background of being a nurse. She was a frontline worker during the pandemic, and opened up about this journey during Dancing With The Stars. Windey even did a dance to honor this story, and opened up about it in this Instagram post. She wrote, "This dance meant so much to me. Incredibly grateful for @valentin helping me share my story of being a nurse during the pandemic in such a beautiful way. The nurses I've worked with over the last decade raised me and I take those lessons with me everywhere I go."
