She Uses The 80/20 Rule

Epstein revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Galore Magazine. She says that when it comes to eating, she believes in following the popular "80/20 rule." She says that this helps her in the long run. "It's pretty simple, I try and eat well 80% of the time, and then 20% of the time I let myself enjoy a bit of indulgence. It isn't about counting calories, denying myself certain foods or cutting out entire food groups, and allows me to enjoy life without feeling guilty about breaking my 'diet.'"

She Stays Hydrated

Epstein tells Galore that she makes sure to stay hydrated. She says that she always drinks water, to both help her body, but also for the skin benefits. "I stay hydrated! I drink so much water usually, and I definitely notice the difference in my skin and appearance when I'm dehydrated."

She Plans Ahead

Epstein has a busy schedule. She's always going to festivals, events, and meetings. In order for her to stay healthy, she says to Galore that she makes sure to prepare ahead of time. "I always try and eat something nutritious before a festival, as food will slow down the absorption of alcohol into your bloodstream. Preparation is key! I always make sure I pack healthy snacks to avoid being tempted by high fat foods such as pizza and hot chips."

She Takes Vitamins

Another thing Epstein does to stay healthy is take vitamins. She tells Galore, "I also take a good-quality multivitamin daily. It's a great way to replenish your body of essential vitamins and minerals and to protect your general health."

She Goes Swimming

Epstein loves to spend time in the water. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself at the beach. She posted this photo of herself lying in the waves with her tongue out. Epstein captioned it, "Mood for the rest of the year."
