Gaby is one of the many stars who recommends intermittent fasting to lose weight. “I fast a lot,” she revealed in one interview. “Trying to make an early dinner at seven in the evening and also eat absolutely nothing until the next day. Also take advantage of the hours of sleep to be fasting, for example: I have dinner at seven and my lunch the next day is at three in the afternoon.”
2. Eat a Balanced Diet

Gaby eats what she likes – in moderation. “I eat a balanced diet,” she said. “I try to give myself my likes too; I eat a little of everything, not so much, like a little.”
3. Drink This Fat-Burning Concoction
Gaby has revealed that she drinks a fat-burning beverage that also eliminates toxins. It consists of a mix of red fruits, green tea, matcha, coconut oil, spirulina, nopal, birdseed, and chlorophyll.

What is Gaby’s secret to looking forever young? She claims it isn’t plastic surgery, but instead, vitamins. “I am now 48 years old and I have to opt for the options offered by the vanguard of beauty,” she said.

Gaby also maintains that hydration is the key to the fountain of youth. “I drink a lot of water,” she said. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
