Actress, model, and BBC radio personality Gemma Atkinson just posted a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In it, she posed in an olive green bathing suit outside, showing off her figure. She's Motivated To Stay Healthy

Atkinson did an Instagram Q&A on her stories, where she revealed a lot of her health and wellness secrets. She revealed what her motivations were for working out and eating right. She answered that better health motivates her, specifically since she lost her father due to bad health. "Knowing that in picking good food and movement is all beneficial to my health. My dad passed away at 52 from heart disease so it kinda clicked that I need to be mentally and physically as healthy as can be."

She Works Out Early In The Morning

Atkinson's fiance, Gorka Marquez, is a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, and the two have a child together. Marquez's job means that he has a busy schedule, and occasionally goes on tour. However, Atkinson still manages to work out when her partner is away, and she has to take care of her household alone. Mainly, she wakes up early to get a workout in. She wrote on her Instagram stories, "When Gorks was away working though my mum helped while I went to work, but training wise I just set my alarm for 5:30 to get it done before she woke up."

She Makes Smoothies

Atkinson makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Hello! Magazine that she likes to make healthy smoothies in the mornings, usually after a workout. 'I'll probably have a smoothie mid-morning with whey protein, coconut milk, almonds, frozen spinach, frozen broccoli and frozen cauliflower."

She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Atkinson tells Hello! Magazine that she makes sure to eat a healthy breakfast. She also eats a large breakfast each day. "I'll either have poached eggs on a bagel with avocado and some greens, or I'll have my porridge with almonds, berries and honey," she said.

She Makes Vegetarian Options For Her Favorite Meals

Atkinson is a vegetarian, and has been so for over ten years. She tells Hello! Magazine that she likes to make vegetarian versions of her favorite meals, and that Mexican food is a favorite option of hers. "I've always loved Mexican food. I think it's been ten years since I ate any red meat but I used to love fish tacos. When I became veggie I changed to black bean tacos with homemade guacamole and nachos."
