Collins recently posted a new video on Instagram of herself doing her “Pancake Day Dance” on Shrove Tuesday, the day one finalizes one's Lenten sacrifice, and eats pancakes and other sweets. 1. She Gets Her Steps In
Collins is open about her journey with her health, and the different things that she does to lose weight. In 2018, she told The Sun that she started walking a lot more, and that she was seeing results. "I've been getting my steps in. It really makes a difference. I've already gone down a dress size. I can tell in my exercise clothes. It just feels so much better."
2. She Works With A Trainer

Collins, like many other people, works with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. And her trainer, CJ, the owner of CJ Fitness, likes to start early. She revealed on her Instagram story one day that CJ came to her house really early for a session. “I started my day off today even though I've had no sleep, my trainer came here at half 8 this morning. I was so tired, just splashed the face with cold water, get the exercise gear on and get it done.”
3. She Does Aquatic Workouts

Collins likes to spend time in the water, specifically the pool. But she’s not just doing it to cool off and go swimming. She likes to do some of her exercises in the water. She posted this video of herself power walking in the water, captioning it, “Motivation for you HUNS.”
4. She Doesn’t Let Herself Get Down

Collins revealed on the Secure The Insecure podcast, that she has days where she isn’t as confident with herself and with her body. However, she says that she doesn’t let those feelings destroy her, and has a way to overcome them. “I just take a deep breath and I go, 'I've got nothing to lose. I've just got to do this.' But you know, I wouldn't be human if you didn't have the down days, you know?”
5. She Takes Horseback Riding Lessons

One of the ways Collins likes to stay active is by taking horseback riding lessons. She posted this video of herself riding, and captioned it, “Giddy up GC. I'm not giving up guys. I know I will master this. I can't wait to continue with my lessons. It's nice to have hobbies and again be out amongst nature.”
