She used to rely on fad diets, including juice cleanses, to try and lose weight fast, but now focuses on healthy eating habits. "It’s basically what works for you,” she said, per The Sun. "I eat scrambled eggs, bacon, avocados, I have two bits of chocolate, I have jelly, nuts. But my diet may not work for you, it’s just a healthy eating plan.” She also eats plenty of good fats, revealing avocados fuel her up. “You do not need to starve on an eating plan, people. You can eat!" she said in an Instagram Story. She does encourage meal planning. “Gotta prep hunnies, or prepare to fail,” she told her followers.

Gemma also takes time out of her busy schedule for self-care. “I've been at a spa,” she added in her birthday post. During her podcast she added that she likes cryotherapy. "I've been doing some really cool stuff. I went into an ice chamber and, yes, I was naked. It was minus 188C and it freezes your body and it starts getting rid of all your fat,” she said. "I actually want one put in my house. I want to go in it all day every day."

5. She Does Intermittent Fasting

In November 2022 on her podcast Gemma revealed she was on a time restrictive eating plan. "This week I have been a good girl, I have been intermittent fasting. I've had to be a little bit low-key and say no to a few social events because I'm like honey's, I'm fasting. I've been going to bed early. I've been getting my walk's in,” she said. Collins revealed on her Instagram stories that she decided to remove her facial fillers. She says that she made this decision because she wanted to accept herself in her natural state. “When I turned 40 I took a look in the mirror and thought, ‘I’m getting all this dissolved’. Because I don’t want to look like anyone else. I want to look like me again. I don’t want big plumped up lips. I want to look feminine. Sometimes people take their faces to a point where they can look very masculine. There’s nothing wrong with that – each to their own -but I shouldn’t be conforming.”

2. She Remains Positive Despite Having PCOS

On her Instagram stories, Collins opened up about her battle with PCOS, and how she doesn’t let it get her down. She says that she always tries to have a positive attitude, no matter how hard things get for her. “As you can see guys when I was in my 20s I was very slim then I was told I had PCOS and it’s been a struggle ever since. However, I make the most of myself and remain positive because it’s what in your heart counts the most.” "Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels. The ovaries may develop numerous small collections of fluid (follicles) and fail to regularly release eggs," says the Mayo Clinic.

"I CHOSE to RISE ABOVE and continued to promote body confidence even when I had my own personal struggles and the secret to my success was just being ME!"

Collins tells Glamour that she has struggled with her mental health in the past. Luckily, she says that she has a friend group who helps support her in her lower times. “My friends will openly say to me now, ‘I'm not having a very good mental health day,’ and we're all there for them. It used to be a very taboo subject back in the day and it’s so liberating now because I can be so honest and open.”

1. She Wants to Put Out a Realistic Body Image

Moffatt once put out her own fitness DVD, however, she is realizing that it might not have helped others or herself. In an interview with Frankie Bridge, Moffat denounced the DVD, revealing that it was bad for her mental health. "Not only were they bad for my peace of mind, it wasn't really good for other people because now I look like my before picture again," she said. "I sort of rebelled against it because I just didn't like how it happened and I just wasn't for it anymore. I purposefully started putting weight on. I was sort of like, 'If I get big again, it can't get brought up'. I can't have this stigma attached to me about this DVD and people will stop buying it.”

Moffatt told Bridge that the real reason for her weight loss wasn’t extreme dieting or workouts, it was just making simple changes to her diet. "I think people thought I had been walking and rambling up mountains for six months but it wasn't. I genuinely did just do those exercises but obviously I had to cut out a lot of food from what I was normally eating.”

While Moffatt did lose weight due to cutting out indulgences, she admits that she still enjoys them once in a while. “I’m a proper foodie and I could never do a fad diet,” she tells Closer. “I’ve just cut down to one Greggs pie a week, and instead of a king-size Snickers bar, I’ll have a normal size one.”

In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”

She Strength Trains
