She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Bouchard broke down her typical skincare routine to Evening Standard. She says that she uses products that protect her skin, since she spends a lot of time outside. "I typically start by using Cetaphil's Daily Facial Cleanser and then their Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF. I love Cetaphil because it's super gentle on my skin, while still cleansing and protecting my skin. As a professional tennis player, I spend so much time out in the sun, so I think it's really important that I keep my skin protected with Cetaphil's moisturizer + SPF."

She Stays Hydrated

Bouchard broke down some of her wellness secrets to The New Potato. Since she's an athlete, she makes sure to stay hydrated. "It's really important to stay hydrated. I notice a big difference in my performance and with my skin. I feel better and I look better, and I find that to be important."

She Gets Enough Sleep

Another thing Bouchard does to stay well is get enough sleep each night. "I also think that sleep is a necessity and should be a priority," she tells The New Potato. "A big part of my job is to get enough hours every night to recover and do it all again the next day. Nobody wants bags under their eyes!"

She Eats Carbs Before A Match

When Bouchard has a match, she makes sure to get enough carbs beforehand. She tells The New Potato, "Before a big match, I always have a big bowl of pasta to refuel. It's a typical tennis player meal. I have to fill up on carbs because I burn so much energy during a match, so I need to make sure I get those carbs in and fuel up beforehand."

She Gets Enough Protein

Bouchard tells The New Potato that she makes sure to get enough protein each day. "I always have a protein shake right after a match. Right when I come off the court it's hard for me to eat an entire meal right away, so it's an easy way to get calories in during that crucial 30-45 minute window. In the hours afterwards, I try to stock up on protein and carbs."
