1. She’s All About Body Positivity
In her Instagram post, Kershaw promoted body positivity and the rejections of society’s beauty standards. She wrote, “Note to self: stop being so hard on yourself about the way you look. In a society where we are conditioned to hate ourselves, and always have the need to change ourselves, it can be hard to love your imperfections, but the fact you are trying to is something to be so proud of!”
2. She Doesn’t Compare Herself To Others
Kershaw opened up about her fitness journey on Instagram. She says that one thing she is working on is not comparing herself to others and letting social media influence her. "RIGHT YEAHHHH I’ve gained some weight! But I AM DONE letting social media control how I see myself now. I’m done comparing myself to others, I am done with these ‘fAke InFuENCeRs’ and ‘tRolLs’ I’m a work in progress, but aren’t we all?”
3. She’s Disciplined

In the same post, Kershaw revealed that she decided to get in shape during the pandemic. She says that she is a lot more disciplined than she was before. "I’ve held myself accountable and recognised my bad habits and showed myself the discipline I needed. I’m getting mentally and physically stronger everyday and have the best people in my life supporting me all the way."
4. She Swims
Kershaw loves to go to the beach or the pool. She loves to swim and has posted several photos of herself in the water on Instagram. She posted this photo of herself floating on an inner tube in her Ibiza’s hotel pool. Kershaw captioned the photo, “Water baby.”
5. She Paddleboards
While on vacation in Thailand, Kershaw did some paddleboarding. She posted this series of photos of herself on the board on Instagram. In them, she is seen balancing on the board and wiping out into the water. Kershaw captioned the post, “Expectation vs reality.”
