New Zealand model Georgia Fowler has had some amazing opportunities in her career, including appearances at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Her most recent instagram post proved why. She posted a stunning black and white photo of herself posing in a bathing suit outside. “Hitting refresh into Twenty twenty two. (Nearly wrote 2020- what a vortex!),” she captioned the image. “The festive season felt- well anything but festive, so it was so special to have a family getaway and a real retreat before we begin the year with more focus and (slightly) more rest. 1. She Challenges Herself
Fowler revealed to Marie Claire that she likes to push and challenge herself when it comes to fitness. She says that she likes to set goals and try things that she doesn’t always want to do. "This year I set myself a running goal. I'm not a runner and I don't really enjoy it, but it lets me challenge myself.”
2. She Takes Some Days Off, When She Needs It

Fowler broke down her approach to training for The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to The Telegraph. She says that while she trains hard, she does take days off to rest. “You try to pump out a couple of workouts within a day but you have to listen to your body at the same time because the worst thing would be to actually injure yourself and not be able to do it.”
3. She Does TRX

One of Fowler’s go-to types of exercise is TRX, and she posted this video of herself using the ropes at her gym on Instagram. Fowler wrote in the caption, “Make sure to keep that back right with some TRX rows and added in a small reach for a single arm variety.” Fowler also revealed that she did TRX to help herself prepare for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
4. She Sticks To Her Diet

Fowler tells Nowtolove.nz that she eats really healthy, and that sticking to this diet became pretty easy for her to do. “I cut out all alcohol, sugar, dairy and eat lots of good fats like avocado, nuts, salmon, greens. You get used to eating a certain way and I don’t really crave sugar anymore. I eat whole foods, nothing processed.”
5. She Starts Her Day Off Healthily

Fowler says to Marie Claire that she eats pretty healthily, and makes sure to start her day off right. “When I wake up, I’ll have a tea with some apple cider vinegar and then I’ll have a coffee. Then straight to the gym for a hard workout, a healthy breakfast and then I’ll go meet some friends for lunch – that is, if I’m not working."
