1. She’s Being Authentic

In her recent post, Harrison revealed that she is working on being authentic on social media. Specifically, she’s working on not editing her photos.“I’m currently reading power vs force and I feel this is something I need to address after finishing it. I haven’t been over editing my photos for a long time now and although I learnt my lesson I never really took accountability for the fact that I done it. So here it is…I’m sorry to you if I made my insecurities your insecurities. I’m sorry to myself for not loving my imperfections the way I encourage others too. And I’m sorry to society for once being part of the problem. I promise to continue to embrace my authentic self going forward and I acknowledge that authenticity is the highest form of love for oneself and others.”
2. She Works Out With Friends
Harrison makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Sometimes, she likes to workout with her friends. Harrison posted this video on Instagram of herself and a friend exercising on a trip together. 3. She Weight Trains
In the previous Instagram video, Harrison and her friend are seen weight training together. The Mayo Clinic recommends doing weight and strength training exercises. “Strength training may also help you: Develop strong bones. By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Manage your weight. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”
4. She’s Embracing Her Pain
In this post on her Instagram, Harrison reveals that she is embracing the negative experiences that she has gone through in order to move forward. “Just because it hurts doesn’t mean it wasn’t meant to happen,” she writes. “Sometimes we have to experience what we don’t want to realize what we do want. That’s part of the game we’re all playing. That’s why our souls come to earth. Not just for the joy but for the pain too. We’re on a spiritual roller coaster and we can either learn to accept and love the uncertainty of this strange world we’re all currently existing in. Or waste our short experience wishing our lives would be perfect. They are perfectly imperfect , always leading us in the right direction but sometimes in the messiest ways.”
5. She Does Yoga
Harrison likes to practice yoga to stay in shape.
