She Still Eats Carbs
Kousoulou says that she doesn't believe in cutting or limiting carbs. She tells Closer Online that she has been doing a campaign for bread to encourage others to do the same. "I've never cut out carbs in my life, that's why this bread campaign is so good. Even before I learned about it I did think I needed to cut out carbs – so that is why I decided to take part in it this campaign. Now I have learned about it, it just makes sense. It's one of those things, you can't cut out carbs."
She Lives A Healthy Lifestyle
Kousoulou says that she doesn't do anything extreme to stay healthy. She focuses on doing small habits that help her live a healthy life. She revealed her biggest tips to Closer Online. "Always eat breakfast, never skip carbs and never be afraid to sweat in the gym."
She Works Out To De-Stress
Kousoulou tells The Daily Star that she enjoys working out. She says that it helps her deal with her stress and gives her time to herself. "I love working out, it's a great time to chill out and fantastic for dealing with stress and gives me time to focus on myself."

Kousoulou does a variety of workouts. She tells The Daily Star that she switches up her exercises so she stays interested. "I like to mix it up so I don't get bored," she said. "I enjoy doing a range of things, from cardio and weights to the occasional fitness class."
She Takes Time Off From Working Out
Kousloulou makes sure to be consistent with her workouts and diets. However, she does take time off from the gym and to indulge. "I enjoy going to the gym, but won't beat myself up if I end up missing a session," she said to The Daily Star. "I do think it's important to treat yourself so of course I'll eat chocolate or a slice of cake every so often."
