She Exercises

Love is an avid exerciser. "Most days start with some kind of exercise – I'm very much into F45 and pilates and try to box at least once a week too. And now of course I've added morning runs to that! I am better training/working out in the morning as I find I'm less likely to make excuses and not train! I just get up and go then i feel great for the rest of the day," she told Women's Health.

Here Is What She Eats in a Day

"I do always try to eat well and am conscious of what I'm putting in my body but I also don't believe in denying myself of things I love!" Georgia told Women's Health about her diet. "Generally for breakfast I will have a big fruit and yoghurt smoothie or almond butter and banana on toast. For lunch I'll have a salad, a big delicious bowl of warm greens, quinoa and chicken or poké. For dinner, I treat myself a bit more! I won't go past a bowl of pasta or a chicken parma if I'm out at a restaurant, but if I'm home I like to cook up a stir fry or burrito bowl full of veggies."

Love works out first thing in the morning. "I don't allow myself to think up any excuses, I just get up and go before my mind wakes up and tries to talk me out of it! And I always know how much better I'll feel after having exercised which is a huge motivator," she told Women's Health.

She Runs

"I haven't always been a runner, but last year I did the Run Melbourne 10K as a way to raise money for the Pancare Foundation. I'm doing it again this July as the run's ambassador.

I lost my mum to pancreatic cancer in 2016, so that was a big motivator for me," she revealed to Body + Soul. "Before the event, I'd never run more than 1km, but when I started training I found I loved it. I think running gives me a full-body workout that I don't get from anything else."

She Exercises for Mental Health Benefits

"I very much believe in the phrase 'healthy body, healthy mind'. Everything you read and hear about exercise being good for your mental health is so true," Love told Body + Soul. "The endorphins released during exercise are second-to-none. Any and every time I haven't felt motivated to work out but I push myself to do it anyway, I leave feeling 1000 times better!

It also helps me sleep better, and a healthy amount of sleep is so good for a healthy mind, too — that and magnesium supplements."

She Doesn't Deprive Herself

Love isn't extreme when it comes to her diet. "My only non-negotiable rule when it comes to food is to have a balance. I don't believe that giving anything up or depriving myself of anything is beneficial because that's when I get cravings and am more likely to eat badly. I do eat very clean and healthy most of the time, but I'll also treat myself to naughty foods when I want them. I love food and eating out, but I'm very bad at knowing when I've had too much if the food is delicious," she told Body + Soul. "If I do have a naughty meal, I follow it up with lighter, healthier meals to even it out."

She Doesn't Believe in Crash Diets

Georgia once did a juice cleanse to try and lose a lot of weight fast, but it backfired. Now, she avoids crash diets. "I'm an advocate for no quick fixes and no fad, short term diets," she told Mamamia. "The thing with these quick fixes is, if there was a fad out there that actually worked, it wouldn't be a fad."
