She Prioritizes Self-Care

Judging by her latest Instagram post, Georgia makes sure to take time for self-care. Another way she likes to relax? Taking hot saunas and spending time on the beach, enjoying the sun and surf. Try an infrared sauna. "Instead of steam or flame-stoked heat, infrared saunas use infrared lamps and electromagnetic magic to create warmth. The process allows infrared saunas to operate at a lower temperature while still providing therapeutic benefits," says the Cleveland Clinic. "The lamps in infrared saunas focus a penetrating warmth directly on your skin to bring heat-therapy benefits. Traditional methods crank up the air temperature within an entire sauna."

She Focuses on Her Strengths

Georgia accepts herself exactly the way she is, openly discussing her weaknesses. One of them? She revealed to Daily Mail that she has suffered from dyslexia since she was a child. "Since I've got a bit older, now I look back on my life and I think it's really important to accept the fact you have it and not to use it as an excuse or anything like that," she said. "'And for young girls and boys, like, I just think it can be quite upsetting when you have a learning difficulty. But I believe when you lack in a certain area, you make up for it in another. It's not something to be ashamed of, it's just your makeup. Step into what you are and accept it. And you'll be able to excel in other areas that are better for you."

She Sets Goals

Georgia is all about bettering herself as a person. "My goal going forward is to be more creative. Like a lot of my work at the moment is taking pictures and advertising for brands, and shoots," she told Daily Mail. "I love thinking of my ideas, especially when it comes to taking my pictures, I feel like it's good to make things different, not just because I enjoy it, but also for interaction and for people to kind of work. If I'm gifted in that area, I want to just excel in it and, and use it more to my advantage."

She Knows That Money Doesn't Buy Happiness

Georgia is very open about her mental health and the lessons she has learned from fame. "Before Love Island I was a student making dinner off £2 but now I have a lovely TV, glass lights and a big mirror in a beautiful flat, my life has completely changed," she said during an interview with The Sun. "But one thing I must say is that money does not buy happiness. The last few weeks I have been the lowest I have ever been since leaving the villa. Your highs are high but your lows are very low. It is a different lifestyle."

5

She Appreciates Down Time

During quarantine, Georgia admitted that she was enjoying having some down time. "Because of my lifestyle, it is always very go, go, go. I go on a lot of holidays, work related holidays and stuff like that, so it is nice to just be chilling. I went on so many trips last year I lost count, it's definitely double figures. It is amazing going away, I love it so much. I went to Bali a few months ago and that was one of the best holidays I have ever had," she told The Sun. "But sometimes when you are going away so much, it is nice to just chill at home and organise your wardrobe. It's the simple things in life really that make me really happy."

She Works Out
