1. She Works With A Dermatologist
Steel has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets in this Instagram post. Steel writes that she seeks help from experts to take care of her skin. "I get a lot of questions regarding my skin, I always use @drmedispa bespoke treatments as they are always specific to what my skin needs at that exact time. The girls and Dr Somji know my skin better than I do, and I always trust them fully with their knowledge and advice. We have been on my little skin journey now for the past 3 years and I wouldn’t change a thing, they really are the best.”
2. She Stays Hydrated
Another of Steel’s skincare secrets? Staying hydrated. "I also drink a lot of water,” she says in her Instagram post. “That is definitely the other secret.” Better skin isn’t the only benefit of staying hydrated. The CDC states, “Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda.”

In an interview with the DailyMail, Steel revealed that she has dyslexia. She says that she decided to open up about this because she wants others who have it to accept it. “I think sometimes it's good for people to know, because it is a learning difficulty. And it isn't something that should be looked at not as a taboo subject. I don't really think of it as a burden, I kind of think of it is as a positive really, I think it's character. I always just thought, oh, maybe I'm not that clever. That's the way I looked at it.”
4. She Eats A Balanced Diet
Steel opened up about her diet to Express. “It is all about balance,” she says. “I travel a lot with my job so I love trying cuisines in different places - I’m definitely a foodie. My go-to take out is a pizza because it’s just such an easy and delicious dinner option, and it’s perfect for those days when you want something tasty but also don’t want to cook. As long as you eat healthy food, work out but also treat yourself then that’s what is important.”
5. She Stands Up To Trolls
Steel isn’t afraid of calling haters and trolls out. “Obviously, I get a lot of online trolls like, that's part of the job,” she tells DailyMail. “And a lot of people will say ‘oh you spelt that wrong? Or how stupid can you be.’ That's another reason why I wanted to talk about my dyslexia as well, because it's not okay to do that. I've never found dyslexia is something damaging or upsetting. So don't make it something damaging and upsetting and embarrassed for me to have. I kind of want to use what people use against me to be more powerful and help other people.”
