Steel has a strong presence on Instagram. She shared a stunning new set of photos on her page this week. In them, she posed in a light blue bathing suit in front of the beach. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Georgia Steel stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works With A Dermatologist

Steel has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets in this Instagram post. Steel writes that she seeks help from experts to take care of her skin. "I get a lot of questions regarding my skin, I always use @drmedispa bespoke treatments as they are always specific to what my skin needs at that exact time. The girls and Dr Somji know my skin better than I do, and I always trust them fully with their knowledge and advice. We have been on my little skin journey now for the past 3 years and I wouldn’t change a thing, they really are the best.”

2. She Stays Hydrated

Another of Steel’s skincare secrets? Staying hydrated. "I also drink a lot of water,” she says in her Instagram post. “That is definitely the other secret.” Better skin isn’t the only benefit of staying hydrated. The CDC states, “Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda.”

3. She Wants To Change The Narrative About Dyslexia

Wooden,Alphabet,Blocks,With,Dyslexia,Word,In,The,Center,OnShutterstock

In an interview with the DailyMail, Steel revealed that she has dyslexia. She says that she decided to open up about this because she wants others who have it to accept it. “I think sometimes it's good for people to know, because it is a learning difficulty. And it isn't something that should be looked at not as a taboo subject. I don't really think of it as a burden, I kind of think of it is as a positive really, I think it's character. I always just thought, oh, maybe I'm not that clever. That's the way I looked at it.”

4. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Steel opened up about her diet to Express. “It is all about balance,” she says. “I travel a lot with my job so I love trying cuisines in different places - I’m definitely a foodie. My go-to take out is a pizza because it’s just such an easy and delicious dinner option, and it’s perfect for those days when you want something tasty but also don’t want to cook. As long as you eat healthy food, work out but also treat yourself then that’s what is important.”

5. She Stands Up To Trolls

Steel isn’t afraid of calling haters and trolls out. “Obviously, I get a lot of online trolls like, that's part of the job,” she tells DailyMail. “And a lot of people will say ‘oh you spelt that wrong? Or how stupid can you be.’ That's another reason why I wanted to talk about my dyslexia as well, because it's not okay to do that. I've never found dyslexia is something damaging or upsetting. So don't make it something damaging and upsetting and embarrassed for me to have. I kind of want to use what people use against me to be more powerful and help other people.”

Georgia Steel is taking some time to pamper herself. In her latest social media post, the Love Island star poses in her swimsuit while taking a hot sauna, looking incredibly fit as well as relaxed. “Just another day at the spa :)” she captioned the snap. How does the reality star keep herself mentally and physically fit? Read on to see 6 ways Georgia Steel stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Prioritizes Self-Care

Judging by her latest Instagram post, Georgia makes sure to take time for self-care. Another way she likes to relax? Taking hot saunas and spending time on the beach, enjoying the sun and surf. Try an infrared sauna. "Instead of steam or flame-stoked heat, infrared saunas use infrared lamps and electromagnetic magic to create warmth. The process allows infrared saunas to operate at a lower temperature while still providing therapeutic benefits," says the Cleveland Clinic. "The lamps in infrared saunas focus a penetrating warmth directly on your skin to bring heat-therapy benefits. Traditional methods crank up the air temperature within an entire sauna."

2. She Focuses on Her Strengths

Georgia accepts herself exactly the way she is, openly discussing her weaknesses. One of them? She revealed to Daily Mail that she has suffered from dyslexia since she was a child. “Since I've got a bit older, now I look back on my life and I think it's really important to accept the fact you have it and not to use it as an excuse or anything like that,” she said. “'And for young girls and boys, like, I just think it can be quite upsetting when you have a learning difficulty. But I believe when you lack in a certain area, you make up for it in another. It's not something to be ashamed of, it's just your makeup. Step into what you are and accept it. And you'll be able to excel in other areas that are better for you.”

3. She Sets Goals

Georgia is all about bettering herself as a person. “My goal going forward is to be more creative. Like a lot of my work at the moment is taking pictures and advertising for brands, and shoots,” she told Daily Mail. “I love thinking of my ideas, especially when it comes to taking my pictures, I feel like it's good to make things different, not just because I enjoy it, but also for interaction and for people to kind of work. If I'm gifted in that area, I want to just excel in it and, and use it more to my advantage.”

4. She Knows That Money Doesn’t Buy Happiness

Georgia is very open about her mental health and the lessons she has learned from fame. “Before Love Island I was a student making dinner off £2 but now I have a lovely TV, glass lights and a big mirror in a beautiful flat, my life has completely changed,” she said during an interview with The Sun. “But one thing I must say is that money does not buy happiness. The last few weeks I have been the lowest I have ever been since leaving the villa. Your highs are high but your lows are very low. It is a different lifestyle.”

5. She Appreciates Down Time

During quarantine, Georgia admitted that she was enjoying having some down time. "Because of my lifestyle, it is always very go, go, go. I go on a lot of holidays, work related holidays and stuff like that, so it is nice to just be chilling. I went on so many trips last year I lost count, it's definitely double figures. It is amazing going away, I love it so much. I went to Bali a few months ago and that was one of the best holidays I have ever had,” she told The Sun. "But sometimes when you are going away so much, it is nice to just chill at home and organise your wardrobe. It’s the simple things in life really that make me really happy."

6. She Works Out

According to Reality Titbit, Georgia works out with a trainer, Malwina. The two do a lot of strength and weight training exercises like wide squats, squats with cable pull, walking lunges with 5 kg dumbbells and squat jumps. She also likes spinning and doing sprints for cardio, and keeps her abs toned by doing reverse crunches. Other forms of exercise she enjoys? Tennis and volleyball, per her Instagram feed.

Georgia Steel, star of Love Island, who has also appeared on Celebs on the Ranch, Celebs Go Dating and Ex on the Beach: Peak of Love, is used to being in front of the camera. Once working at a bar, she shot to fame on the reality series and has been working steady ever since. Perhaps that's why she felt so comfortable sharing some swimsuit photos “a few from archives.” How does she stay so fit and keep it together? 1. She Had Her Passions But Didn’t Expect the Show to Help Her Realize Them

About her time on Love Island: “I can't watch myself. I basically squirm,” she said to the Independent. “I don't think you can prepare yourself for it. I honestly had no idea what was gonna happen. I completely went in there with the very naive approach….I had like a thousand followers on Instagram, but I wasn't an Instagram girl. I was just a normal girl working in the bar. I had no idea what was gonna happen. I didn't know whether I was gonna be in there for a week. I didn't know whether I was gonna be in there for that almost the whole time, like I was. But I feel like that was the essence of me cause that it was genuine. And I wasn't, I wasn't thinking of any other narrative while being in there, any like thoughts rather than just enjoying it and having fun. And I feel like that's really, really important for the contestants. And I feel like it's sad if they go in there with a different agenda. Cause obviously the show now can do so much for you, and be such a great stepping stone. Like, I've always had fashion, my makeup and my modeling; I've always absolutely loved it. So for me it was great becaus...I was talking to something I already wanted to be involved in. But I never thought going in there, but that that's what would happen. I literally just thought, oh, I like a good summer. That is literally what I thought.”

2. She Was Able to Process Her Success During the Pandemic Downtime

London Celebrity Sightings - August 18, 2021Mark R. Milan/GC Images via Getty Images

“When COVID happened, obviously people were having to stay in their homes." She was able to work from there and felt we all were "able to process the past two years of our lives and as humans, I don't think we do stop and just chill for a sec. So I feel like it was a good thing for everyone. Cause I hadn't, the past two years and a half, and now things are going back to normal, events are happening again. It's much nicer to kind of enjoy the experience and be present in the moment rather than thinking, what's happening tomorrow? What's happening tomorrow? Because I feel like I'm a lot more steady now. I'm a lot more organized,” she told the Independent.

3. She’s Done Some Tough Workouts

National Television Awards 2021 - LondonIan West/PA Images via Getty Images

Steel has done PRO.PT with celebrity trainer Yusef Bouattoura. The workouts are HIIT. “While not exactly new, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is emerging as an effective and more time-efficient alternative to traditional endurance-based exercise programs. HIIT programs include short bursts of high-intensity activity performed at maximal effort (90 percent VO2 max), separated by short periods of low-intensity work that allow partial recovery. A typical HIIT session might include a three-minute warmup, four to six repetitions of a 30-second sprint followed by a 60-second active recovery, and a three-minute cool-down,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Plays Tennis

National Television Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

Steel posted a photo of herself playing tennis with the caption: “Every season.” To avoid injuries, "That means taking lessons with a licensed professional about how to, for example, serve, hit certain shots in a particular way with correct technique," Dr. Sanj Kakar, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic hand and wrist surgeon, tells the Mayo Clinic. "I think that's first and foremost. [Also,] having the correct equipment."

5. She Builds in Chill Time

BoohooMAN x Toby Launch EventAntony Jones/Getty Images

“I get up at 11 if I can, honestly,” she told On Demand Entertainment. “I am not a morning person at all, but I'm funny. Like I'll have days where I just wanna chill, which I've literally just got back into now because I never used to be able to have chill days. And at the moment now, I think it's really important to schedule chill days in, just for yourself, mentally, physically everything. I just think you need some time to just focus on yourself. Otherwise it can get a bit too much, but I do love working when I get into it: Boom, boom, boom, boom.”

6. She Says She Can Be Calm, Despite What You May Think

'Pandora In The Park' Summer FestivalNeil P. Mockford/Getty Images

“People wouldn't believe me, but I can be very calm. I'm very chilled. I'm very, just on a normal level, like when I'm chilling at home,” she told On Demand Entertainment. “But I'm very, very reactive and I'm very impulsive and I'm very spontaneous. So when I'm put in situations or with people I can react and be spontaneous and be impulsive, I don't think everyone has that. Sometimes it's a good thing. Sometimes it's a bad thing.” As for being a reality TV star, this personality trail works for her: “I think it's good because it gives drama, entertainment value, as we say.”

Firstly, it is an excellent cardiovascular workout that gets your heart pumping and increases blood circulation throughout your body. Regular basketball sessions can improve your endurance, stamina, and overall cardiovascular health. Additionally, basketball is a great way to burn calories and maintain a healthy weight. The constant movement, sprinting, jumping, and quick direction changes engage various muscle groups, leading to improved strength, agility, and coordination. Moreover, basketball enhances bone strength as it is a weight-bearing activity, helping to prevent osteoporosis and increase bone density. It also improves hand-eye coordination and motor skills, as dribbling, passing, and shooting require precision and accuracy. Furthermore, basketball is a social sport that can boost your mental well-being by reducing stress, improving mood, and promoting teamwork and camaraderie. The strategic aspects of the game stimulate cognitive function and decision-making abilities. Overall, playing basketball provides a fun and challenging way to improve your physical fitness and mental health simultaneously.

2. She Golfs

Hannah recently picked up a new sport. “Come golf with me,” she captioned an Instagram Reel of herself on the course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

3. She Loves Soaking in Hot Tubs

Soaking in hot water – whether a bath or jacuzzi – can do your body and mind good. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. She Eats Healthy

Hannah sticks to a healthy diet – most of the time. She regularly shares photos of her meals on her Instagram Stories. One of her favorite things to eat for breakfast is avocado toast. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Australian model Zoe Gara is enjoying the September sun in Ibiza, Spain. Gara shared a picture of herself wearing a bright string bathing suit as she lounged by the pool—and her fans clearly loved the post. “A queen,” one admirer said. So how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gara stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Pancakes For Breakfast

Gara starts the day with delicious fruit, pancakes, and oatmeal, which experts say is a great choice for a healthy breakfast. “The soluble fiber in oats has been shown to decrease low-density lipoprotein, or ‘bad’ cholesterol, by 10%–15%, particularly when consumed as part of a low-fat diet,” says Megan Holdaway, RDN. “Studies show fiber can also decrease risk of high blood pressure and reduce risk of mortality from cardiovascular disease. A high-fiber diet has also been shown to reduce the risk of colon cancer. The American Heart Association recommends that adults eat 25–30 grams of fiber per day. Most Americans only eat about half that amount.”

2. She Never Diets

Pink,Donut,On,White,Plate,And,Cutlery,Table,Knife,ForkShutterstock

Gara’s lithe physique is the result of martial arts training—and plenty of food. “I eat more than people can imagine,” Gara says. “I’ve been blessed with good genetics consisting of a fast metabolism. People also do forget I have consistently trained in martial arts my whole life!”

3. She Swims In the Ocean

Gara is an accomplished swimmer, and loves the ocean—something that offers many health benefits, experts say. “In his 2014 book Blue Mind, marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols brought together evidence for why people find themselves in a meditative and relaxed state when they are in, on or under water,” says Sergio Diez Alvarez, director of medicine, The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospital, University of Newcastle. “One reason is the breathing patterns used during swimming and diving. These stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (the system that controls organ function and quietens the brain) and have effects on brain waves and hormones that influence the brain positively. The weightlessness of water can also have a calming effect on the mind, even changing or slowing down brain waves.”

4. She Protects Her Mental Health

Being in the public eye can take its toll—but Gara is careful to protect her mental health. “You can take care of your mental health simply by not caring and not letting anyone get to you,” she says. “When you stop caring what other people think about you, you’ll begin to shine and no one will seek to bring you down… I used to struggle with my confidence after haters would try to bring me down, but then I realized my worth and that it reflects who they are as a person. Knowing your worth is also important, as well as accepting your uniqueness and insecurities and telling yourself you are beautiful just the way you are.”

5. She Knows What’s Important In Life

Gara is realistic and grounded about her job as an influencer, saying “real life” is what really matters. “Social media validation is nowhere near as important as real life validation,” Gara says. “It is important in regards to keeping consistent growth and income, but being a good person and real to everyone around me is all that matters in terms of validation.”

From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
