1. She Likes Collagen Protein
Toff enjoys collagen supplements. “When buying supplements, make sure you reach for powders with very few, simple ingredients (ideally just ‘collagen peptides’ or ‘collagen protein isolate’) and watch out for additives, flavors, and sugar. Watch the source, too: Try to buy a product that is NSF certified for safety and from a company that is transparent about their sourcing,” says registered dietician Keri Glassman on our sister site Eat This, Not That!
2. She Has Had Skin Issues

“'Where do I start?! At school I had a few dozen spots and my acne slowly and progressively became more severe. Being on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here was a huge turning point for me. I did a lousy job at hiding my skin like I normally would. Nobody had really seen it when I was on Made In Chelsea, the show has a filter that makes everyone look very polished,” she told Grazia. She has suffered from cystic acne. “As I sit here now my acne doesn't affect me nearly as much as it used to. It's been a long old journey but I'm feeling really positive.'”
3. Here’s Her Go-To Mascara

"If you have a feeling you're about to get dumped wear waterproof mascara! That's a big one. Mark Francis actually recommended a great product to me. He and I lived together in LA years ago and I was always getting upset because I had quite noticeable acne scars. He told me about Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch. It's a brilliant primer that I use to this day. It evens out texture, which is great if that's what you're after. I wouldn't be without it," she told Grazia.
4. She Has Worked Out With a Medicine Ball
Toffolo was once snapped working out with a personal trainer and using a medicine ball. Working your core with one is a great idea. “Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities,” says the Mayo Clinic. “You can do core-strength exercises on a carpeted floor or mat. Breathe freely and deeply during each core-strength exercise. Focus on tightening your transversus abdominis, the deepest abdominal muscle and the one you feel contracting when you cough.”
5. She Starts the Day Right

Toffolo once snapped a photo of her “best meal of the day”—breakfast, made of poached eggs, smoked salmon and some brown bread. "Eggs are a powerhouse of nutrients! They provide protein, vitamin B-12, iron, and more, but maybe one of the best benefits of an egg is its choline content," Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSD, LD, author of The Sports Nutrition Playbook, told Eat This, Not That!. "This nutrient is essential for brain development and helps with memory and cognition."
