Cook Healthy Meals

Georgina eats healthy, primarily because she and Ronaldo maintain the same diet. "We tend to eat the same because we always eat together," she told InStyle. One way she ensures her family is eating healthy is by cooking their meals. "My star dish is lentils with chorizo sausage," she said about the popular Spanish dish.

Find a Workout Buddy

Georgina doesn't just eat with her footballer (rumored!) fiancé – she also sweats with him. The two regularly exercise together. In an interview with Women's Health she confessed she was initially "embarrassed" to train with the athlete. However, she made it a priority to keep up with him. During the pandemic the two were regularly snapped working out al fresco together.

Use Resistance Bands

Rodriguez spends a lot of time in the gym. One way she maximizes the burn is by using resistance bands, especially when she is doing leg and lower body workouts. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.

Do Bikram Yoga

In addition to strength training workouts, Georgina maintains her limber body with the help of yoga. Her favorite practice? Bikram. She showed off some of her impressive moves in an Instagram post.

Indulge on Occasion

Georgina indulges every once in a while. In her interview with InStyle she confessed that when Cristiano is out of town, she and their kids will indulge in not-so-healthy food. "If he's with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn."
