She says that she is taking a more mature approach to handling things this season. “Me, my sisters and my mom, we definitely evolved more this season,” she explains. “We all wanted to take a more mature route and just really evaluate what was going on instead of [reacting] because we also felt like this whole ‘Teresa and her brother’ saga is just so old.”

However, she tells Page Six that she is working on moving on from the past. “I think in general, we realized — especially around the time of my mom’s wedding — we were just like, ‘I think it’s time to just let bygones be bygones, put it in the past and just focus on our family and focus on us.'”

Being on a reality show, Giudice has to deal with how the season is edited. She tells In The Know that she doesn’t care about what fans think or how things are edited. “Every season has its villain and every season has the person that they're attacking or targeting and every season they also have their favorite,” she explains. “So it's like the villain, the person they're attacking, the person that looks the best on the show. So, I've seen that formation where it's been like my mom, the one that everyone is against, or the next season she's the one that looks great. Or like this season they're making her cuts not what they really were. So I just feel like that was like the hardest thing to struggle with. It's like ‘well that's actually not how it went down’ or ‘that's actually not how that even happened.’ So, I've learned to just embrace it and also just say exactly what I want to say when I'm being filmed because otherwise like you're not gonna get your point across and the viewers also are just gonna have a different perception on.”

Giudice works with dermatologist, Tara Adashev, APRN, to help with her skin. “Gia comes to me to treat her skin,” Nurse Adashev tells HollywoodLife. “The Lutronic ULTRA Laser is great because there is no downtime. She returned to her college classes and normal life immediately, and she sees really great results as soon as one treatment.”

5. She Wants To Help Others

Giudice is about to graduate from college. Her next step? Law school. Guidice wants to become a lawyer to help people. In 2018, Giudice announced a surprising new activity, competing in bodybuilding competitions. Giudice’s training for the competition was shown on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Giudice told BravoTV.com that she was committed to the process, even giving up some of her favorite foods. "The most important thing is eating very clean," she says. "My diet has changed. I even hate the word 'diet' but I can’t eat carbs anymore. Like, I’m an Italian girl, I can’t eat my pasta — I gotta eat good carbs."

2. She Eats Clean

Giudice tells BravoTV.com, that she eats pretty clean and healthy, and incorporates proteins and veggies into her diet. She explains, "So what I’m eating now is a protein and a vegetable. Grilled chicken, grilled turkey, grilled cod, grilled flounder. Some of the vegetables I eat are asparagus, green beans. In the morning I have oatmeal; otherwise sometimes I make six egg whites and I make an omelette out of it and I put some kind of vegetable in it."

To prepare for her fitness competitions, Giudice began weight training. She shared with BravoTV.com that she does “45 minutes of weight training everyday.” In the video, Giudice is seen doing tricep lifts, low rows, and seated leg curls. She also makes sure to not get too sore from workouts. “I always like to stretch after,” she says. “I’m big into stretching.”

4. She Does Cardio

Giudice tells BravoTV.com that her workouts contain a lot of cardio. “I do 45 minutes of cardio twice a day,” she says. In a video on the website, Giudices is seen running on a treadmill at her home.

1. She Puts Time Into the Gym

In preparation for a swimsuit bodybuilding competition, Giudice did 45 minutes of weight training every day and 45 minutes of cardio twice a day. She walked Bravotv.com through her favorite exercises: a tricep pulldown, some stretching, a low row (for her back), some leg exercises, like a seated leg curl, to work her hamstring and glutes, and a leg press.

Working your glutes can really help you lose weight, and here’s one you can do at home: This workout will engage in isometrics—or contracting and flexing your muscles for sustained periods of time—at your desk. (Remember: when it comes to your metabolism, every movement counts.) Perform this routine three times, resting for 10 seconds in between each exercise:

  • Holding a pen, clench your forearms and your fists as hard as you can for a full twenty seconds. Then release.
  • Squeeze your glutes (or cheeks!) together as hard as you can, ensuring that you rise out of your seat for at least an inch. Hold for 20 seconds and then release.
  • Squeeze your entire body below the neck for a full 20 seconds and then release.
  • Relax for 30 seconds.

3. She Eats Protein and Veggies

In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan.
