Hadid spilled some of her workout secrets to People. She says that she lives a pretty active lifestyle. Hadid says that working out is easy to her, because she grew up as an athlete. "I was a volleyball player for 12 years, I rode horses my whole life, and now I box every day."
She Boxes
As Hadid told People, boxing is one of her favorite ways to workout. She is open about her love of the workout. "When you're boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kind of forget what's going on, you forget that you're working out," she told Vogue. "You always want more."
She Believes In Balance
Hadid tells People that she mostly eats healthy. However, she says that she believes in balance. Hadid says that she will occasionally indulge and have a cheat day. "The biggest thing I always say is, eat clean to stay fit, and then have a cheat day to stay sane."
She Uses All Purpose Ointment
Hadid has amazing skin. While she can afford expensive products, she tells Vogue that she actually uses cheaper ones. Hadid says that she likes to use all-purpose ointment as a moisturizer. "I dab it on where my skin feels dry, sometimes on the tip of my nose. I find that right where my eyebrows start gets really dry. I think that eyebrow product and pencil goes on better."
She Does Ab Workouts
Hadid has amazing abs, and her trainer, Rob Piela, tells Vogue, that the model does a lot of ab workouts. Piela says that Hadid likes to do three sets of different crunches, followed by a quick boxing session. "The combination of those three moves is golden," he says.
