1. She Loves the Beach

“Gorgeous beach days and unending cocktails 🍸,” Ileana said once. “Being active on sand isn't just about soaking up some rays. When sand moves beneath your feet, it engages your ankles, arches, and calves, which can burn extra calories while you move,” says Cedars-Sinai. “Taking it slow, staying on wet sand, and wearing shoes can help keep you upright and enjoying a great workout in the ocean air this summer.”

2. She Had Body Dysmorphia

“I’ve always worried about how I looked. I’ve worried my hips are too wide, my thighs too wobbly, my waist not narrow enough, my tummy not flat enough, my boobs not big enough, my butt too big, my arms too jiggly, nose not straight enough, lips not full enough….. I’ve worried that I’m not tall enough, not pretty enough, not funny enough, not smart enough, not ‘perfect’ enough,” she once wrote. “Not realising I was never meant to be perfect. I was meant to be beautifully flawed.

Different.

Quirky.

Unique.

Every scar, every bump, every “flaw” just made me, me.

My own kind of beautiful.

That’s why I’ve stopped. Stopped trying to conform to the world’s ideals of what’s meant to be beautiful.

I’ve stopped trying so hard to fit in. Why should I?? When I was born to stand out.”

3. She Says “Take Care of Yourself”

Ileana once wrote: “Take care of yourself. Take care of what you choose to put into your system. The body you have is uniquely beautiful so nourish it - physically as well as mentally.

Lastly dress up, show up, not for anyone else. Just do it for you. It’s so worth it. Trust me. ♥️”

4. She Likes Dogs Over Humans

Ileana shared a photo of herself with a dog. “If you really think I’m ever gonna look at a human like this……Hahahahahahahahahhaha,” she captioned it. “#doggosoverhumans @orotheindie 🥹♥” “Owning a dog can help you live longer. A comprehensive review of studies published between 1950 and 2019 found that dog owners had a lower risk of death. Studies suggest that dog owners have lower blood pressure levels and improved responses to stress. Even just living with a dog makes a difference—people who had experienced previous coronary events had an even higher level of risk reduction for death. Research has concluded that the bond between humans and dogs reduces stress, which is a major cause of cardiovascular problems,” says the American Kennel Club.

5. She Enjoys Some Country Air

Entertainment India NovemberProdip Guha/Getty images

“Throwing it back to the time I was casually chilling in lovely picturesque English countryside, in animal print, black lace, and goth makeup 💀 😂,” she captioned a photo she shared recently. “Grill out on the patio. Or if the weather is cool, bundle up in warm clothes and sit around a fire pit. If you and your friends haven't been vaccinated, keep your gathering small, maintaining social distance from others. Plan activities that don't require close contact. You may even choose to have everyone bring their own food and drinks. Wash your hands when you arrive and leave the gathering,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Gigi Hadid is reminiscing about summer days spent in her swimsuit! 1. She Is Competitive

2022 WWD HonorsGotham/WireImage

Gigi has a trick to get herself motivated at the gym. “I’m really competitive—I’m an athlete and played volleyball all through high school—so working out is fun for me. My trainer will tell me the women’s records for different things at the gym, and I'll have to beat one by the end of the day or I won’t leave,” she told Into the Gloss.

2. She Eats a Hearty Breakfast

Plate,Of,Scrambled,EggShutterstock

Gigi fuels up with food. She detailed her morning routine to Harper’s Bazaar. “I work almost every day, so I usually wake up around 7 A.M. On my days off I try to sleep in, which is my guilty pleasure. I will sleep past noon on some days but then wish that I had gotten up earlier. But I also love waking up early when the city is still quiet. I usually eat breakfast or have coffee before I do anything. I live near the Smile, and I love their scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. I drink orange juice and coffee always. At home I love scrambled eggs and toast; it's just an easy go-to,” she said.

3. She Boxes

CFDA Fashion Awards - ArrivalsTaylor Hill/FilmMagic

Gigi has one workout she loves. “I rode horses and played volleyball back home, so when I came to New York it was hard for me to just go to the gym. I need to have a sport that wakes me up and that I can get better at, and boxing does that for me. I usually go to Gotham Gym in the West Village. My boxing trainer has become my coach. The coach-player thing has been really important my whole life,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

4. She Is “Consistent”

Tom Ford - September 2022 New York Fashion WeekTaylor Hill/WireImage

Gigi is very consistent in her approach to exercise. “It’s all about how hard you work and how much you put in—Gigi is a hard worker,” her trainer Rob Piela, owner of New York’s Gotham Gym and Gotham G-Box, told Vogue. “Staying fit is all about consistency,” he says. “Don’t miss workout days; don’t get lazy in the winter.”

5. She Indulges

Gigi allows herself to indulge. "I've always said, 'Eat clean to stay fit, have a burger to stay sane,'" she told E! And yes, in multiple interviews she has confessed that burgers are her favorite cheat meal. Just eat them in moderation: "Diets high in red meat are associated with many health problems, such as chronic inflammation, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, dementia, and premature death. While those risks may be enough to keep you from digging into a juicy burger or steak, they may not stop your craving for meaty textures on the plate," says Harvard Health.

Gigi Hadid is brushing off her Cayman Islands arrest in her bikini. The supermodel set a thirst trap for her followers in one of her latest social media posts, posing in a few tiny bathing suits while vacationing with friends. “All’s well that ends well,” she captioned the Instagram post, seemingly responding to her arrest for illegally importing marijuana and the instruments to smoke it with. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gigi Hadid stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Celebrates “Body Neutrality””

Gigi,Hadid,Attends,2022,Wwd,Honors,Awards,Ceremony,At,CasaShutterstock

Gigi used to go to extremes with dieting but now has a more relaxed approach. “When I started out, I was a heavily trained volleyball player, and I had a certain body type from that,” Hadid told the outlet. “At that time, fashion hadn’t started to get into a more inclusive body-image conversation,” she told The Sunday Times. “I was probably harder on my body than I should have been. I wasn’t starving myself, but I was very routined. Since then, I’ve got into this idea of body neutrality. I love my body for what it has done, but I’m not obsessed with it.”

2. She Cooks

London,,United,Kingdom,-,July,20,,2022:,Gigi,Hadid,AttendsShutterstock

Gigi loves to cook – especially with her daughter. “Every day, we're cooking in the house together. Even if it's just her and I, she will get up on her little step-up stool and help me mix, or we do banana bread. Especially in the winter, when I'm like, ‘OK, what can we do that's warm?’ It's a lot of, ‘OK, mash these bananas,’ and help her do the stuff that's exciting to her. But she'll get to a point where she's like, ‘OK, mama, you finish that. I'm going to do Play-Doh. I'll sit over here in my highchair and do Play-Doh and you cook.’ But it's still fun times together and we have the funniest conversations when it's just me cooking and her doing some craft and I love even when it's just us,” she told InStyle.

3. Her Lifestyle Is Active

Gigi and her daughter “walk a lot,” she told The WSJ. “With lifting her and running around all day and going to the park, I get moving.” Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

4. She Goes to Therapy

Healthcare,Concept,Of,Professional,Psychologist,Doctor,Consult,In,Psychotherapy,SessionShutterstock

Gigi, along with her sister Bella, are advocates of therapy. “There are different things that we probably both deal with on different sides, but there’s always going to be something that comes together,” she told Elle. “Setting boundaries, even if that’s with the paparazzi—going over and saying, ‘Hey, what’s up? I know we’ve seen each other from across the street for five years, but when I’m with my kid, please don’t point the camera this way.’ Sometimes you have to be assertive, and that doesn’t mean that it’s rude. It’s setting a boundary.”

5. She Rests

Gigi, who suffers from the autoimmune disorder Hashimoto’s disease, which impacts her thyroid and causes fatigue, makes sure to rest. “I’m usually taking a nap during my lunch breaks, and I will eat my lunch when I’m retouching hair and makeup after. It’s just something that I’ve had to deal with over the years. Sometimes it’s better than other times,” she told Elle. “One of the boundaries I have is that I have to tell my team when I need rest. They’ve always been understanding and encouraging of that, and then besides that, I think I’ve just learned to make it work for me, and what helps me get through the day and do my best.”

It makes you sweat, it's the best.” “The Department of Health and Human Services also recommends getting 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. Being active 30 minutes a day on most days of the week can help you meet the guidelines,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Bend your standing knee and lean your torso slightly forward. Then, lift up your left leg slowly and bring it out to the side, tapping it briefly back down on the bed before lifting it again and bringing it back straight behind you. Keep your arms tight, and engage the core, butt, hips, and thighs. Perform 15 to 20 reps, then switch sides.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
