Zee makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared this video on Instagram of herself working out at the gym. In the caption, Zee wrote that she enjoys working out. "Fitness has always been a release for me, it saved me in some dark times and it helps keep me mentally healthy even when things are great."
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Zee does a lot of things to stay in shape. In the same Instagram video, she is seen boxing, doing lunges, squats, and using weights. She captioned it, "MONDAY! I tried a few new moves today! So grateful I have the ability to work out with @bodybymark once a week. Other days I'm rocking the @onepeloton or doing yoga. Hoping to get some more weights into my workouts soon."
She Dances
Zee is an avid dancer. In 2016, she competed on the 22nd season of Dancing with The Stars, where she and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, finished third. Zee has still continued dancing, appearing on the DWTS live tour. She also shared this video on Instagram of herself dancing with Ozuna's backup dancers on GMA. She Calls Out Haters
Zee isn't bothered by what people have to say about her. After someone on Twitter commented on her figure, Zee hit back in a Tweet. "Hmmm I rarely get called skinny (athletic more often) —have a BMI of around 21 — I would think this is about right for me :). I've weighed the same (barring pregnancy) for almost two decades. Definitely not Hollywood."
She Sets Goals
Zee opened up about her fitness to Women's Health. She says that she likes to set fitness goals for herself. "After a tough workout with [my trainer] Mark, I captioned this 'gram: 'We have a goal… I can do 2.5 pullups now. I want to get to 6 in a month.' I quickly learned to be satisfied with whatever I could achieve. Everything is an accomplishment."
