1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Andriani makes sure to stay in shape. And she likes to do a lot of different workouts to stay in shape. She revealed some of her favorite workouts to TellyChakkar. “I’m walking, practising yoga, and following various workouts on YouTube, sometimes functional, sometimes weight lifting.”

2. She Gets Enough Sleep

A big part of Andriani’s wellness routine is getting enough sleep. She tells Hello London News that sleep is extremely important to her workouts.“Apart from exercising, what keeps me healthy is sleeping enough hours,” she says. “Working out without proper sleep or diet can be harmful according to me.”

3. She Doesn’t Waste Her Energy

Andriani tells Hello London News that she doesn’t waste her energy each day. “One should always listen to what the body requires,” she says. “We all have a certain amount of energy that we need to use wisely.” She says that she focuses on doing things that make her feel better. “Saying no to certain habits is saying yes to more energy to spend on the right things.”

4. She Cuts Things Out

A big part of Andriani’s wellness routine is eliminating things that aren’t helping her. “Workout is just a part of our health routine,” she says. “Rest is eliminating things that suck on our energy, like sugar, loose talk, excessive caffeine, gossiping, alcohol, or sometimes toxic people, and replacing this with the right things which we know work for us.”

5. She Practices Yoga

One workout Andriani loves to do is practice yoga. She posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself practicing yoga. In them, she is doing a cobra and a downward dog pose. She captioned the post, “You are just one yoga session away from a good mood!”
