In addition to drinking water, she “loves coconut water,” says Gleyzer. “She drinks it from real coconuts.” According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Gisele’s diet is very plant focused. "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she told Marie Claire about diet of choice. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing].
