Gisele Bündchen is one of the most iconic supermodels of all time. She made a name for herself as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. Bündchen is still modeling to this day. She shared a highlight on Instagram, and posted about a cause close to her heart. "From planting trees, regenerating springs and depleted soils, and protecting turtles, jaguars … everything impacts nature. The power of nature comes from its diversity, and it depends on it for survival. Every form of life uniquely creates balance on Earth so all of life can flourish. Like with people, our differences are also our strengths, and we get stronger when we work together. Last year, I started a project called Biomes to help regenerate the biodiversity of Brazil," she wrote. "From north to south, east to west, we selected seven projects in different regions of the country. Each biome's species have an important role in nature because everything is connected. Now, together with The Luz Alliance Fund in partnership with @brazilfound on Saturday, May 20th in Miami, we are having a dinner to raise more funds to expand our efforts and have a more significant impact." 1. She Doesn’t Diet
Bündchen shared some of her wellness routines in her book, Lessons. She says that she doesn’t like to put herself on a diet. Instead, she opts for rules that she lives by. “I don't call my nutritional regimen a diet, but rather healthy eating habits,” Bündchen writes. “So I can maintain a high level of vitality and the mental clarity to have a productive and enjoyable life."
2. She Loves Yoga
Bündchen is open about her love of yoga. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing yoga. Bündchen talked about her love of yoga in her book. She writes, "[Yoga is] so serene that I can be in a state of meditation while I practice ... Whether it involves music or mantras or breath work or meditation, [yoga is] a powerful beautiful spiritual practice. Yoga gave me back my life."
3. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Bündchen shared some of her favorite meals to Vogue France. She says that she makes sure to eat a healthy breakfast. "Around 6am, we face the day head-on with a glass of warm water and pressed lemon to balance the body's alkaline levels and kick-start the digestive system. We'll follow this up with a revitalizing herbal juice and super-vitamin smoothie, made in a blender with organic fruits. Later in the morning, we'll have brunch with fresh fruit, eggs, avocados, gluten-free bread and coconut butter.”
4. She Cooks
Bündchen loves to cook healthy meals for her family. She shared some of her favorites with Vogue France. “I love the principle that 'the body is like a temple', and that by loving and nourishing our bodies, we can improve how we feel. My favorite homemade recipe is a dish split into seven portions, with kale, broccoli, quinoa, avocado, beetroot, sweet potato and cherry tomatoes. It works just as well for lunch as it does for the afternoon or during a hectic evening."
5. She Limits Red Meat
Bündchen tells Vogue France that she has limited some things for her family. "We don't eat nearly as much red meat as we used to,” she revealed. “Maybe once a month now. We mainly eat fruit, vegetables, grains, seeds, nuts, fish and organic chicken."
