Gisele Bündchen is living her best life and she believes you can manifest yours, as well. The 41-year-old supermodel shared a gorgeous photo of herself, splashing in the water of a beach. "Miracles start to happen when you give energy to your dreams rather than your fears," she captioned it, adding directives about how you, too, can make your dreams a reality. (She also wrote the message in Spanish.) What is her advice to fans and what other ways does she prioritize self-care? Read on for Gisele’s inspirational message and 5 other ways she takes care of herself and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. “Give Energy to Your Dreams”

Gisele wrote in full: "Miracles start to happen when you give energy to your dreams rather than your fears.

Every day is a new day—a new opportunity for change, a chance to put aside our fears and focus our energy on what we want to create. We can manifest anything we put our minds to!

With every step, every thought, every action, and every feeling, we create our own reality. So let’s remember to focus our energy on our dreams, and the lives we want to be living, and work to make them happen!✨✨✨

#equinocio #happyequinox"

2. “We Need to Remember to Pause and Calm Our Minds”

In another inspirational message earlier this year, Gisele wrote: “2021 taught me so many things. Sometimes I felt like I was surfing in the middle of the ocean. Anyone who surfs knows you sometimes lose your balance and fall and go under. You swim to the surface for air, and then another wave bashes your head, and pulls you under the surface before you get a chance to take a breath. You can give in to despair and panic--you will run out of air, or drown!-- or you can choose hope, and stay calm, and let your body relax until the wave has passed and the water is calmer,” Gisele wrote in her lengthy Instagram post. “The challenges of life are the same. We all have to face them. Sometimes it seems we’ve survived one challenge only to find another one waiting to test us again. Just like with surfing, we need to remember to pause and calm our minds and relax our bodies, remembering that everything passes, and we can always re-emerge from difficult times and get the air we need before taking on the next wave,” she continued. “Caio Fernando Abreu, said, ‘Nothing lasts forever, neither pain nor joy. Everything in life is learning. Everything in life surpasses itself.’ It is with this certainty, as an eternal apprentice and with a heart full of gratitude, that I begin 2022 ready to continue experiencing everything life is waiting to teach me. Much love and light for all of us. Amen.”

3. She Meditates

Gisele loves meditating. “Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day--and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life. It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you,” she wrote in a recent post.

4. She Does Yoga

Gisele maintains that yoga has helped her connect with her inner self. “Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better.” She claims that with yoga, she “came out of that period stronger and happier.” She continued in the Instagram post, “and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation.”

5. Her Diet Is Mostly Plant-Based Foods

Gisele eats primarily plant-based, as does her husband, Tom Brady, and their children. "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she told Marie Claire. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

6. She Stays Active Outdoors

Gisele loves being connected with nature. "I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," told Marie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

7. Her Approach to Health Is All About Moderation

“I’m not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation,” Gisele confessed to Marie Claire. Her weakness? “My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate." "Chocolate and its main ingredient, cocoa, appear to reduce risk factors for heart disease. Flavanols in cocoa beans have antioxidant effects that reduce cell damage implicated in heart disease. Flavanols — more prevalent in dark chocolate than in milk chocolate — may also help lower blood pressure and improve vascular function," says the Mayo Clinic.

Gisele Bündchen is one of the most iconic supermodels of all time. She made a name for herself as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. Bündchen is still modeling to this day. She shared a highlight on Instagram, and posted about a cause close to her heart. "From planting trees, regenerating springs and depleted soils, and protecting turtles, jaguars … everything impacts nature. The power of nature comes from its diversity, and it depends on it for survival. Every form of life uniquely creates balance on Earth so all of life can flourish. Like with people, our differences are also our strengths, and we get stronger when we work together. Last year, I started a project called Biomes to help regenerate the biodiversity of Brazil," she wrote. "From north to south, east to west, we selected seven projects in different regions of the country. Each biome's species have an important role in nature because everything is connected. Now, together with The Luz Alliance Fund in partnership with @brazilfound on Saturday, May 20th in Miami, we are having a dinner to raise more funds to expand our efforts and have a more significant impact." Bündchen shared some of her wellness routines in her book, Lessons. She says that she doesn’t like to put herself on a diet. Instead, she opts for rules that she lives by. “I don't call my nutritional regimen a diet, but rather healthy eating habits,” Bündchen writes. “So I can maintain a high level of vitality and the mental clarity to have a productive and enjoyable life."

2. She Loves Yoga

Bündchen is open about her love of yoga. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing yoga. Bündchen talked about her love of yoga in her book. 3. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Egg,Avocado,Sandwich,With,Fresh,Oranges.,Made,With,Whole,GrainShutterstock

Bündchen shared some of her favorite meals to Vogue France. She says that she makes sure to eat a healthy breakfast. "Around 6am, we face the day head-on with a glass of warm water and pressed lemon to balance the body's alkaline levels and kick-start the digestive system. We'll follow this up with a revitalizing herbal juice and super-vitamin smoothie, made in a blender with organic fruits. Later in the morning, we'll have brunch with fresh fruit, eggs, avocados, gluten-free bread and coconut butter.”

4. She Cooks

Bündchen loves to cook healthy meals for her family. She shared some of her favorites with Vogue France. “I love the principle that 'the body is like a temple', and that by loving and nourishing our bodies, we can improve how we feel. My favorite homemade recipe is a dish split into seven portions, with kale, broccoli, quinoa, avocado, beetroot, sweet potato and cherry tomatoes. It works just as well for lunch as it does for the afternoon or during a hectic evening."

5. She Limits Red Meat

Bündchen tells Vogue France that she has limited some things for her family. "We don't eat nearly as much red meat as we used to,” she revealed. “Maybe once a month now. We mainly eat fruit, vegetables, grains, seeds, nuts, fish and organic chicken."

Alessandra Ambrosio has been posting photos from the beach, where it seems to be a lot of work (modeling) and a lot of play (enjoying some rays). “Uh eu quero você, Como eu quero, Uuh, Como eu quero,” she captioned her latest photo, quoting a Kid Abelha song and adding an anchor, music notes and waves emojis. How does she stay so fit while keeping so busy? Read on to see 6 ways Alessandra Ambrosio stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Says, Be the Best You Can Be

“Every woman has a different metabolism and different genetics, so rather than compete with one another, concentrate on yourself and be the best you can be. Everyone has days when they don’t want to show anything. That’s what the good ol’ jeans and a T-shirt are for. So many times, I haven’t felt ready for shoots. I’m like, why didn’t I work out more? But it’s life,” she has said.

2. She is on a “Forever Vacation”

‘Forever on vacation’ is my motto. It’s just the way I take life. Nothing makes me feel that pissed off or out of control. Whatever I do, whether I’m modeling or doing my clothing line, ále by Alessandra, I just want to feel like it’s fun. If you’re doing something you don’t like, you’re wasting time. Life is short. There is so much to see and do and feel. We should enjoy every moment,” she has said.

3. She Fits in a Workout No Matter What

“Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don‘t have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes,” she said in an interview with FOX News.

4. She Hydrates

Her mother and grandmother taught her “The importance of hydrating! When you are dehydrated, you see it on your face and when you've had your share of water, it glows. Nothing is better for your skin than drinking a lot of water and green juices. I also love fresh coconut water bought on the beach,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

5. This is What “Brazilian Beauty Means to Her

Years ago, Ambrossio was asked what “Brazilian Beauty” means to her. “Brazilian beauty is very natural and fresh. When I'm in Brazil, I feel connected to nature and wear as little makeup as possible— a great sunscreen, lip balm, and rouge is simple and chic,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

6. She Likes These Exercises

“Which exercises should we be doing for a six-pack and a toned” backside? These are my two areas of focus so I do a mix of barre, Pilates and cardio,” she has said. “Pilates (pronounced Pi-LAH-teez) is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates that strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.

In addition, other benefits to practicing Pilates include:

  • longer, leaner muscles
  • injury prevention
  • relief from stress and back pain
  • enhanced athletic performance
  • heightened mind-body awareness,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is taking a moment to slow down and appreciate the important things in life. Bündchen, 43, shared a picture of herself wearing a white t-shirt and gray leggings, enjoying some quiet mindfulness while perched on a rock against a beautiful hilly background. “Reconnecting with the essentials,” she captioned the post. “You give me inspiration to learn how to relax and enjoy the world around us,” a friend commented. Here’s what Bündchen’s health and wellness regimen looks like.

1. She Loves Jiu-Jitsu

Bündchen is passionate about jiu-jitsu. “Here I think, ‘Oh, I’m going to just learn self-defense because I want to make sure my kids can protect themselves when they’re out in the world,’ but then I learned with the brothers the philosophy and the lifestyle, the whole value system, which was amazing,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “It was almost everything I lived in my life, the way I believed in courage and honesty and all the things I found to be important in my value system and have been guiding me in my life. They were never organized, and now they have a container.”

2. Bündchen’s Cookbook

Bündchen is passionate about food, which is why she wrote Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body & Feed Your Soul. The model used to be vegan, but now eats minimal amounts of carefully sourced meat. “I can offer some things I’ve learned and that have helped me and my family,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I’m just a mom who has a very busy life, and I think a lot of women can relate to that.”

3. Meditation Every Day

Bündchen starts her day with meditation. “Once you wake up, have a moment to just sit in silence and meditate. And if you don’t want to meditate, just kind of take some deep breaths and get into your body, ground [yourself], if you can do a little meditation that [is] amazing,” she told Sports Illustrated Lifestyle. “I think that just sets my day. Like if I have that moment [of peace], I almost feel like I can always go back to it. When things get really hectic outside, I can go back to my center really quickly, I can plug in back to that feeling.”

4. Outdoorsy Type

Bündchen is happiness in nature. “I grew up in a small town in the countryside of Brazil, and I have always loved being surrounded by nature,” she told Origin Magazine. “Nature is where I feel most comfortable; it’s where I find my balance. I would like my kids and all future generations to have the chance to experience nature as I did.”

5. It Takes Discipline

Bündchen knows she is privileged to have access to good nutritious food, and to have time to meditate. “It takes discipline to meditate, to exercise,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “You’re the one who is going to reap the benefits. But still, it takes a bigger effort. But food is a necessity.”

Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio is in St. Barths on a family vacation filled with sun, fun and “Acqua Therapy,” according to her latest Instagram post, which finds her strolling the beach in a polka-dot swimsuit. 1. She Knows It’s “Crunch Time”

Alessandra Ambrosio knows her way around a gym, doing crunches, working with resistance bands and weights and using kettlebells. "Crunch time... 🍏‼️💪," she wrote, captioning one workout. Here’s a superset with a crunch you can do, from trainer Mark Langowski:

1. High Plank with Opposite Arm/Leg Extension and Crunch

Get into a pushup position with your arms extended. Lift your left foot off the ground and, at the same time, lift your right hand and extend your right arm out in front of you. Now bend your left knee and your right elbow and bring them both underneath you, and try to touch them together. Place your left foot and right hand back on the floor, and repeat the move with your right foot and left hand. Continue to alternate for one minute.

2. Flutter Kicks and Criss Crosses

Lie on your back and place your hands under your hips for support. Straighten your legs and lift both feet a few inches off the floor. Now flutter your feet up and down, in opposition to one another for 30 seconds. Without stopping, change direction, criss-crossing your feet sideways over and under one another for another 30 seconds.

2. She Eats Clean

Stella McCartney Celebrates Her New "Get Back" Capsule Collection And Documentary Release Of Peter Jackson's "Get Back"Rich Fury/Getty Images

“It is very important for me to eat ‘clean,’” she has said. “This principle has its roots in my Brazilian childhood. I try to eat everything that is fresh and seasonal, to keep the balance of food groups in the diet. I also instill this approach in children: even if they eat a bunch of sweets, I make sure that their diet remains balanced. I can also easily allow myself something like that - a cupcake, ice cream or fries, for example. It's only better to keep yourself in control and, if possible, try to balance such a set with healthier and more nutritious foods.”

3. She Says “Be the Best You Can Be”

“Every woman has a different metabolism and different genetics, so rather than compete with one another, concentrate on yourself and be the best you can be. 5. She Loves Those Kids

Of course Allesandra had a family vacation. "[My kids] always come first, so I try to spend as much time as possible with them," she told Glamour years ago. "Sometimes that means rearranging my schedule or bringing them on set." She added: "I love that I get to travel the world and discover so many different new places and cultures. Making time for everything can be challenging, but I enjoy what I do, so I make it happen."

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

"That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
