1. Maintain a Positive Outlook

“Life is our biggest gift, and it’s more fragile than we know. In a second, everything can change,” she recently wrote in an inspiring post. “There is no better time than NOW to take a leap of faith, and do all the things you've never taken the time or had the courage to do. To spend time with the people you love, to live, to love, to play, to laugh--may we live each unique moment of our lives with presence and gratitude.”

2. Meditate

Gisele is a big proponent of meditation. “Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day--and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life,” she wrote in another Instagram post. “It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you.”

3. Do Yoga

Yoga is one of Gisele’s favorite workouts, as it benefits her body and mind. “Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better,” she wrote on Instagram. She added that as a result of her practice, she “came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation.”

4. Eat Mostly Plant-Based

"At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she told Marie Claire about diet of choice. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet." Of course, there is always room for cheese bread!

5. Maintain an Active Lifesyle

Even when she isn’t exercising, Gisele is moving. "I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," she explained to Marie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

6. It’s All About Moderation

Georgina Rodríguez is having a blissful vacation with her family, enjoying the sun and sea on a luxurious getaway. The model partner of soccer superstar Christiano Ronaldo showed off her spectacular figure in a bright two-piece swimsuit, posting the snaps on Instagram. “Bellissimo,” said one admiring fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rodríguez stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Is Passionate About Food

Rodríguez loves good food—but admits she doesn’t usually cook. “I love paella, Spanish omelet, croquettes, I really like sausages with wine, meatballs, bean stew, chorizo sausage,” she says. “I remember once asking for a ham sandwich during a photo shoot before a fashion show and saying, ‘Don’t make me do this when I’m hungry’ because when I get hungry the truth is that I can be a bit unbearable. Life without food is a bit senseless to me. It’s not normal to ask for ham sandwiches before doing this sort of event and the response I got when I requested one, was ‘I like people who eat, it means they can be trusted’ and that’s what I feel, that when people relax and eat, I think ‘Wow, they like being with me!’”

2. Eating Like An Athlete

Celebrity Sightings - Day 1 - The 78th Venice International Film Festival VENICE, ITALY - SEPTEMBER 01: Georgina Rodriguez is seen arriving at the 78th Venice International Film Festival on September 01, 2021 in Venice, Italy. (Photo by Daniele Venturelli/WireImage)

Rodríguez’s husband Christian Ronaldo’s former live-in chef opened up about cooking for the family. “There are no expensive foods,” chef Giorgio Barone tells the Sunday Mirror. “But healthy foods. I use organic and natural foods – fish, chicken, veal, eggs, avocado, coconut oil and black rice. You have to take care of your body as if taking care of a Ferrari… I cook using coconut oil. It is also important to drink plenty of water – but purified. And drink a lot. Of course, it’s all combined with hard training. But rest is as fundamental as training and nutrition – including in the afternoon. And eating early in the evening, not late.”

3. She Works Out In Her Home Gym

Rodríguez loves to work out with her husband in their fully-equipped home gym. Working out with a partner or a group can make a positive impact on your workouts, experts say. “Group settings can lead to a positive competitiveness. For instance, wanting to keep up with those around you can make you push yourself harder than you would on your own,” says certified exercise physiologist John Ford. “Seeing what others are capable of doing can inspire you to do more. I’ve personally had this experience: Watching others made me realize I had put some mental barriers up to pushing harder or trying different exercises/routines.”

4. She’s a Yogi

Rodríguez is a devotee of yoga, practicing Bikram yoga as part of her healthy lifestyle. "I tell first-time students at the end of class that they have to come back soon because the second class is the fun class,” says Bikram yoga teacher Kristin Bergman. “At least once a day, someone new to this yoga will tell me, 'You know, I didn't believe you, but my second class was great!' Come into the space ready to learn and absorb new material. And don't take yourself too seriously, folks — it's just yoga!"

5. Pizza and Popcorn

Ronaldo sticks to a strict diet while training, but when he’s out of town, Rodríguez enjoys some treats with the kids. "We tend to eat the same because we always eat together,” she tells InStyle. "But if he’s with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn.”

Bianca Gascoigne is expecting her first baby and has never looked better. The 36-year-old British TV star and stepdaughter of soccer legend Paul Gascoigne posted a photo of herself wearing a blue bathing suit and cradling her baby bump, as she poses in beautiful azure ocean waters. “Beach Bump 🏝🐠,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gascoigne stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Veggie-Based Dishes

London Celebrity Sightings - August 11, 2022Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

Gascoigne loves whipping up delicious, plant based meals with vegetables like sweet potato and cauliflower. “Cauliflower is a source of choline, an essential nutrient we need for mood, memory and recall,” says registered nutritionist Kerry Torrens. “As such, it is a key building block of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger involved in signaling the central nervous system. Choline is also essential for brain development.”

2. Protein For Breakfast

"Moon Knight" Premiere - ArrivalsKarwai Tang via Getty Image

Gacoigne enjoys eggs on avocado sourdough toast with pesto for breakfast. “Traditional sourdough undergoes a slow fermentation process, the result of which is an increase in the bioavailability of the bread’s vitamins and minerals,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “This process also starts the breakdown of protein (including gluten), making sourdough easier to digest. Research suggests that the fermentation process improves the bioavailability of fiber and minerals. This is because a naturally occurring compound found in grains, called phytic acid, is broken down and this enables us to access the grain’s nutrients more readily.”

3. Smoothie Bowls With Fresh Fruit

Healthy,Pink,Smoothie,In,The,Bowl,From,Banana,And,StrawberriesShutterstock

Gascoigne loves to put together beautifully-presented smoothie bowls with fresh, nutritious fruit like strawberries. “Strawberries have a low glycaemic index (GI) and as such help moderate blood sugar release,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Studies suggest that a diet with plenty of low GI foods may be beneficial for weight management and for reducing the incidence of obesity-related diseases. Strawberries are also low in calories, yet sweet tasting so may be helpful as a sweet fix.”

4. She’s Had Body Image Struggles

Gascoigne has dealt with body image issues before but feels more calm and confident now. "I have body dysmorphia so I am never going to be entirely happy with the way that I look. It is in my nature to find fault with some aspect of my appearance,” she says. "But I am in the best shape of my life and I am as happy as I am ever going to be with my weight and body shape."

5. Home-Made Soup

Gascoigne loves to make seasonal dishes—for example, pumpkin soup in the fall. “Pumpkin is rich in vitamin A, which is really great for your vision and strengthening your immune system,” says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. “Pumpkin is high in potassium, which is a key ingredient for heart health. It contains just 50 calories per cup, and it’s filling, too."

Gisele Bündchen is flaunting her fabulous figure at 41 in V Magazine! 1. Follow the 80/20 Diet

Gisele and husband Tom Brady follow his TB12 method, which is basically an even healthier version of the traditional 80/20 diet. The majority of the time they eat organically grown fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes. However, instead of eating whatever they want the other 20 percent, it consists mainly of grass-fed, organic, antibiotic- and hormone-free lean meats and wild-caught fish or seafood.

2. Meditate

Gisele regularly meditates. “Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day--and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you.”

3. Do Yoga

Gisele is a devoted yogi, regularly sharing photos of herself getting her zen on.

4. Eat Mostly Plants

Gisele’s diet is very plant focused. "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she told Marie Claire about diet of choice. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

5. Don’t Stop Moving

Gisele’s lifestyle is incredibly active.

6. She Indulges On Occasion

Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination Costume Institute GalaGeorge Pimentel/Getty Images

Every once and awhile, Gisele does allow herself to indulge. “I’m not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation,” she told Marie Claire. “My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate.” "Chocolate can be a part of a healthy diet. Like any food, the less processed it is, the better it is. In this case, more cocoa and less added fat and sugar allows us to increase our phytonutrient intake without empty calories. Add a little cocoa to your morning coffee, oatmeal, or smoothie. Enjoy a small piece of 60-70% dark chocolate," says the Mayo Clinic.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
